新罕布什尔的私人度假屋

“We had a great stay at this property for two nights. The check-in process was seamless, and Jeremy was a great host with excellent communication throughout our stay. The location was perfect, only about a 10-minute drive from North Conway while still being in a nice, quiet area. The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. There were six beds available along with large couches, so there was plenty of room for everyone. The hot tub was also a great addition and made the stay even more……

“Very nice and clean place. Great location. Easy walk to center of town. Host was great and responds very quickly.”

“The house is beautiful and the hot tub is fabulous!!! It's located in a quiet, peaceful area that's just minutes from the main drag in North Conway with shopping and restaurants, and not far from a ton of activities like hiking, kayaking, canoeing, etc., etc.The host was very informative about the various electronics in the house and how to use the hot tub. If we had any questions at all, he was just a text or phone call away!”

“We spent a wonderful week on Newfound Lake. The house easily accommodated our multi-generational family of twelve. We enjoyed the water views from every room, boating and swimming in the crystal clear lake, and fires on the private beach. The house was spacious and spotless, the furnishings are nicely updated, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Rick was very helpful and responsive. We are already planning our next stay!”

The house decor was very nice and kitchen was well equipped for our stay. Bedrooms were clean with good quality sheets, blankets, comforter. Bathrooms were very clean. The hot tub and game room were also a nice addition to our stay. The wood burning fireplace was easy to use and plenty of wood was available on site. Overall, we thoroughly……

“We had a fantastic stay! Plenty of room for our whole family! We had lots of fun cooking meals both inside and outside. Having direct ATV trail access and with Youngs store right up the road or trail was very convenient and fun. Would definitely stay again in the future.”

“We had a spectacular visit in July with our extended family. It was the perfect place to hold our family reunion of 24 people. The property had so much old charm with all the comforts of home and a wonderful location to just hang out, go to the beach or shop and eat in Portsmouth. We would not hesitate to do it again and we appreciated the care and communication provided by Chelsi.”

“We had so much fun. We hope was a longer stay.”

“This was a perfect rental for our family vacation. It was clean, comfortable and a great location central to town. The backyard was beautiful and peaceful with a pond and trees off the back porch. The host was prompt, responsive and helpful.”

“Excellent location as a homebase for hiking”

“Warm and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. Plenty of room for everyone, easy check in, very easy check out! Barely had to lift a finger as the guests and close to everything.”

“Had a really nice stay. Unfortunately the beds were pretty uncomfortable and the kitchen lacked some kitchen equipment. Otherwise, we love the quiet location, the beach, and the numerous hangout spaces around the property. ”
