“We had specifically booked this home looking forward to using the fireplace, only to find that the firewood we were told would be provided was delivered two days after we arrived.On top of that, the heating didn’t work in a large portion of the house, making certain rooms uncomfortably cold and essentially unusable. We ended up cramming into the few warmer areas just to get through the nights.What made everything worse was the owner’s complete lack of responsiveness. Messages were either ignored……

“This unit suited our party of 10 perfectly. The teens loved the loft space with bunkbeds and gaming setup. The two fridges meant we could fit everything AND find it all again. And we were just steps from the pool and fitness center.”

“Beautiful home in a great setting! Really love the proximity to shopping and loon mountain less than 1 mile away!The various hiking trails with the shallow river is great to cool off in on a warm day and again a few of those great trails are right at base!”

“Excellent location. Setting in the mountains was beautiful. Our goal in booking a VRBO vs a hotel was the advantage of having a kitchen to cook meals. Unfortunately, the cookware was absolutely disgusting. If we had been told the pans were recently salvaged from the junkyard, we wouldn’t have been surprised. The basement had a very funky odor. It made us sad to think this beautiful home had not been better equipped/maintained. We were expecting a luxury home, but it felt like an unkept……
