“Spacious light filled great room and kitchen. Master bedroom looked out on the trees and river. All the communication with Taylor was easy and the Townhouse was as pictured. It was easy to get to the business district, but the location was quiet. The directions for the rental were clear and available in advance as well as in a booklet. Plenty of hot water for showers for 8 people and great water pressure. Large sectionals for the generations to hang out. Reasonable price for the quality and……

It is 3 levels, but very comfortable. 1st level entry kitchen sitting area with atrium with dining table and fireplace, 2nd level bedrooms, living room and deck , third floor with large master bathroom and laundry. Easy access, close to lake but need to drive. Would recommend for family and group”

“This was our second girls’ weekend and the house is as charming and accommodating as we remembered! There is not a single thing we wondered about or looked for that Michelle hadn’t already taken care of. The one caution continues to be the very steep stairs to the additional bedrooms and bath - our group handles it but something to keep in mind. The location is so centrally located - this time we enjoyed Kennebunkport’s Christmas Prelude. Can’t wait to visit again! ”

“Loved this property. Although it was upgraded it still had the charm that comes with age. Beds were super comfy. Loved the black out shades, actually slept in! Very kid friendly with toys and books. Very convenient to santas village. Coffee maker was brewable or k cup, very handy. High end appliances that worked great. Would highly recommend this property. ”

“We had the best time. The house was perfect to accommodate us with our older children and grandkids. Enough space for some privacy but also a spacious common area where we could all be together. The views of the river were gorgeous. So quiet and peaceful. Just about 20 minutes to Santa’s Village. Mark answered all our questions and was a pleasure to deal with. Just a note, the bedroom that says three twins is actually two queens, which made it even better for us! We’ll be back ”

“I most generally do not write reviews, however after trying to rectify the situation and getting no response I would like to, in good conscience, let others know. The house was fine in general except for these very important areas. First and foremost, the fridge smelled like fish SO bad. Upon opening the freezer the ice was soiled. It looked as though fish had been set directly in there. Our entire reason for renting vs hotel was use of the kitchen to prep for an event we were attending. The……
