"The accommodations were exceptional. The house was very clean and in order. It's a quite location and the neighbors I met were very friendly. For six adults, there's plenty of room to spread out or gather together in the living room, on the porch or at the dining room table. The house, of course, will accommodate more guests. "Great quiet place to stay with easy five min walk to beach. Only has one bathroom so keep that in mind. Owner’s attention to detail is well done with decor and everything you could possibly need."

"A lot to like about this cottage - very close to beach, on a quiet dead end laneway, all new kitchen, very clean, good outdoor space with comfortable seating, grill, umbrellas, patio lights, good communication with owner. The only downside is that it's really small inside with a steep low ceilinged staircase. We were all over 65 and feared falling on it, even the shortest hit their head on one part of the ceiling! "The cottage was cute and had what we needed. The listing could indicate that it has a pod only coffee maker as we were not prepared with pods. Could have been cleaner as well. Carpet not vacuumed, several dishes not clean etc"

"The Tides were great for our family reunion @ Hampton Beach! The rental was above what we expected and Jason was great with any questions or concerns we had! We had 2 -12yrs olds and 10 adults and we were very comfortable and location is good! Would recommend to anyone with large family! We will rent again and can’t wait till next year!!
