“We had such a great time. The downstairs game room was perfect for our needs and the beds were clean and comfy. Also, the check out procedures were really reasonable: take the trash out and do your own dishes. We brought disposable stuff for eating, so it was just a couple pots and pans to clean. There were many thoughtful touches throughout that made our stay better. ”

“The property was clean. Limited amount of family room and dining spaces. The house is 90% bedrooms and that is it. Not much of anything. Bath room facilities were minimal - no hooks to hang dry clothes, needs a lot of improvements, looks like a dorm bathroom not a luxury one. bedroom linens were kind of old and shabby looking.”

“Host was kind and responsive but house was in poor condition not as nice as pictured. There is NO KING size bed as advertised (only twin and full). It was obviously smoked in often and not clean. Some sheets were worn through and mattresses were cheap and hard. We found smoking remnants throughout the home in windowsills, closets, drawers with other personal items like an inhaler. Washer and dryer were barely working and the furnace struggled too. Some parts of the house just would not warm up.……

This was probably the best rental experience and renter interaction I've ever had! I loved the attention to detail and the added measures to go above and beyond what most rentals do.
