「Location is off highway, the only good thing. The room was dirty, stained pillows and pillow cases. Hair in shower and dingy. There were finger marks on wood door of bathroom and main door. Main door was hard to lock, and the seal on door was no good, you could see straight into the room from hallway. The heat and AC unit was very loud and smelled when turned on. The carpet was dirty. We had to call several times to have room cleaned up, we also bought wipes and spray for the room,...

「Spacious room, but there're bits of toilet paper on the floor behind the bathroom door. Breakfast ended at 9, kinda early. They shut the breakfast room door on time. It would be nice if the staff checked with the remaining guests first.」

「The hot tub was a little too hot for my taste, but the whole amenity area was spotlessly clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. I can see why guests would come here to get married as the grounds were lush and well-landscaped. Ahmad at the check in desk was very friendly and welcoming! Thank you all for a lovely stay!」
