When we booked we booked a first floor room well they told us they did not have any renovated rooms on the first floor and wanted to change our room . Why offer it if you do not have it . then you have to meet someone else so they can try to sell you a time share . 「We had a great stay. Since it was around a holiday, it was very busy in the area. There was some initial confusion regarding confirmation of our stay. Really glad that was figured out before our arrival. The unit was nice, spacious, and as advertised. We didn’t get a chance to use the resort amenities as it was a short stay.
