From check-in through breakfast and departure, our stay was fantastic. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. William was a great host and gave us excellent dinner suggestions and local directions. We'll definitely be staying here the next time we're in the area.

This hotel is perfectly suited for visiting our son at the Coast Guard Academy. It is very close, very quiet, and affordable. There are always plenty of clean towels available. The little kitchen is simple and coffee is easy to prepare for a simple breakfast on the go.

We had a wonderful stay here! It had such a cozy, charming bed-and-breakfast feel and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable, and the owner was friendly and welcoming. A perfect little spot for a quiet getaway — we would definitely stay again!

The room was very clean and well maintained. William was very friendly and helpful, and gave a thorough tour. There were free water bottles and breakfast foods supplied. Very quiet. Good pricing for a great quality room. Cozy and comfortable, and the bed was super comfy and clean. Also, provided shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and toothbrushes/toothpaste. Would recommend not bringing children. Great spot for couples. Will definitely be staying again soon.

As opposed to staying at a motel/hotel it had the intimacy of staying in a friend’s spare room. You are surrounded by a quiet neighborhood and just a short distance, about a mile, from historic downtown New London. A coffee/snack area is open 24 hours( make your own coffee, fruit and pastries). Management is always available to answer any questions about restaurants and places to explore.

My stay was exactly what I needed. Quiet, clean and very comfortable. Super close to the Coast Guard Academy and downtown. Mathew the owner was very welcoming and very generous in helping me get to his location. I enjoyed it so much, I booked it one extra night.
