「Very comfortable, extremely clean. William was friendly and helpful.」

「位置方便，價錢便宜，優秀服務，房間乾淨，早餐豐富，我強烈推薦各位入住這個賓館！」

「环境差 没有暖气 很吵」

「Centrally located, to everything, walkable to some eateries and Dunkin nearby, lots of parking」

「Room was spacious enough and very clean. The bedding smelled like fabric softener. Love that clean smell. William is great at communicating. We thought the kitchen & table would be in the room, but William explained the photos have to do with how VRBO has him upload them. Understandable. The community kitchen area was very doable and more than we needed. The rooms are very quiet. No road noise. Stairs are a bit of a narrow hike to the second floor, but doable as well. It is noticable...

「Was way too many stairs, was unaware of how many, pictures of place very deceiving, the stair railing was wobbly, and then there was work being done on it and no to very little railing, the chemicals that were used to clean the place was very overwhelming to the point of myself being sick the whole time I was there, also very strong air freshener, there was 18 steps to the porch and another 13 to the bedrooms and bathroom, the motion lights would go on an off all by themselves, the volume on the...

「William was awesome. In all my time staying in VRBO 's he definitely ranks as one of the top hosts. Not only did he take the time to show us around I have no doubt if we did have a problem it would've been addressed immediately. Communication with him was smooth and prompt. I would 100% stay here again!!!」

「Check in was extremely efficient, we had the opportunity to meet the owners, a very nice couple. It is obvious they take pride in their property and greeting the customers too. We enjoyed a cocktail when we arrived at a very nice welcoming bar. Room was clean, bed and linens where nice too. I would suggest a couple extra towels would be nice. All in all a pleasant stay.」

「The host was nice, helpful and easy to communicate with. Our room had an assigned bathroom, it wasn’t in the room, but just down the hall. That worked fine for us. We needed a clean, reasonably priced place for an overnight stay on our road trip and this ticked all the boxes.」

「Not Recommended – Felt More Like a Long-Term Housing Complex than a Hotel I did not feel comfortable staying at this hotel. It appeared to be occupied largely by people on short-term or extended leases rather than travelers. There was a lot of activity in the parking lot, including a person standing right outside my room near the AC unit, which caused unpleasant odors to filter into my room immediately upon entering. Children’s toys were scattered around the outside of the property, and there...

「Was okay」

「Clean and well appointed.」

「This was the WORST experience I have ever had with Expedia or any hotel in general. It was extremely unsafe. There were people openly doing heroin or crack in the parking lot and non-hotel patrons trying to enter the lobby and getting in an altercation with the hotel manager or owner. The staff was even more horrible! We felt so unsafe that we left the premise immediately and called the hotel to let them know we would not be staying there and listed all the reasons why. I asked for a refund and...

「Jazz is a delightful theme throughout the building with each unit decorated to pay tribute to a jazz great. The Billie suite is the best and the Duke room needs some updating but is serviceable. The hosts were extremely friendly and resourceful, greeted me in person, and accommodated my requests promptly. The clean and large communal kitchen and the in-room coffee machine is a plus. Conveniently located close to downtown.」
