The Space:

Tucked among the trees on a private lot, this warm and inviting retreat combines cabin comfort with modern finishes and flexible gathering spaces for families and small groups.



The main living area is filled with natural light from oversized picture windows that overlook the surrounding forest. Comfortable seating, a wood-burning stove, and a flatscreen TV create a cozy space to unwind after a day outdoors, while the adjacent dining area offers seating for six beneath the windows. The kitchen features updated appliances, generous prep space, and seating for three at the island.



Just off the main living area, the wraparound deck extends the living space outdoors with multiple seating areas, a hammock, picnic table, and peaceful wooded surroundings.



A separate game room provides additional entertainment space with a foosball table, books, board games, DVDs, and comfortable room to spread out.



The primary bedroom features a queen bed, large windows facing the backyard, and an oversized ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. A second bedroom includes a queen bed and double-door closet, while the bunk room offers a twin-over-twin bunk bed and closet space. A full hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination and a laundry area with washer and dryer complete the layout.

This home is located in the MeadowCreek Golf Resort, a scenic mountain resort centered around an 18-hole championship golf course surrounded by pine forests, open meadows, and views of Granite Mountain and the Brundage area. Beyond golf, the resort offers a seasonal outdoor pool, pickleball and tennis courts, a driving range, clubhouse, and walking trails, making it a popular year-round recreation destination for families and outdoor enthusiasts. In the winter months, guests can enjoy nearby cross-country ski trails, snowshoeing, sledding, and easy access to Brundage Mountain skiing.



Please note that resort amenities are managed by the resort and are not complimentary with your reservation. Guests who wish to use these amenities must purchase a resort pass directly from the resort.

This home is professionally managed by a locally owned team. We have a 24-hour guest support line if anything comes up, and we’re always happy to share local recommendations. Our housekeeping team prepares the home before every stay, and each home is inspected afterward. Our team is here to make your stay smooth and enjoyable from arrival through departure.



STARTER SET:

Complementary with your stay we provide a starter set which includes: Dish soap, a sponge, 2 extra trash bags, dishwashing pods, laundry pods, hand soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.



MOUNTAIN ENVIRONMENT NOTICE:

Our homes are located in natural mountain and forest environments. While we maintain regular professional pest control service, insects and spiders are a normal part of the outdoors and may occasionally be present. Deer and other wildlife frequently visit the area and may leave droppings in outdoor spaces between maintenance visits. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the beauty and wildlife that make these locations so special.

Winter brings cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and Brundage Mountain's outstanding slopes just 14 miles away for downhill skiing and snowboarding. Summer opens up an on-site golf course and pool (fees apply), abundant hiking and mountain biking trails, and Payette Lake in McCall approximately 17 miles away for water sports and everything else that makes McCall so wonderful. The shops, restaurants, and amenities of New Meadows are just four miles south for whenever town calls.
