Residences du Carondelet (Residences on Carondelet) are Vacation Residences built in the style of traditional Garden District cottages. The residences are located on Carondelet Street one block off St. Charles Street. Just adjacent to everything the Garden District offers in NOLA.

This Spacious 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Courtyard Flat has a Large Kitchen with a spacious Living and Dining area. The 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths are setup in a split floorplan along with a Front Porch that overlooks the Courtyard.

The secure gated compound layout has a large private courtyard shared by all units as well as a shared swimming pool. Six of the units are new construction and four of the units are modern updates of a turn of the century structure. Complete with recessed lighting and granite countertops. All units have century-old wood flooring and updated appliances and the newer units have exquisite quartz countertops.
Street car - Residences Du Carondelet sits within one block of St. Charles Street Car Lines. Residents can step out the door and ride North through Mid-City to City Park or West through the CBD uptown to the Garden District, the Universities, and the Carrollton neighborhood.
CBD - Residences Du Carondelet is situated at the walking distance Central Business District (CBD). Originally known as the "Faubourg St. Marie", the CBD was the site of the city's first expansion outside of its original French Quarter boundaries in 1803.
Nightlife and Gambling - The CBD has emerged as one of the most exciting neighborhoods in New Orleans boasting some of the country's finest dining establishments, premier music venues, and a vibrant nightlife. Don’t forget the Casino is also only a short drive away via Lyft or Uber.
French Quarter - Residences Du Carondelet is a 15 minute walk and 5 minutes Lyft or Uber Drive from the world famous French Quarter and one-of-a-kind music, entertainment, dining, and architecture. Should you choose to take-in the sounds of Bourbon Street or enjoy an unforgettable meal and a quiet, evening stroll by the cathedral, the unmistakable heart of our city is at your doorstep.
Superdome – Smoothie King Center - Residences Du Carondelet is 25 minute walk and 7 minute Uber or Lyft Drive to the world famous Superdome and the Smoothie King Center. We have free on-street parking so you can drive in and let Lyft and Uber be your chauffeur during your stay.
Restaurants - Residences du Carondelet are short walking distance from great Establishments like Emeril’s Delmonico, Lula Restaurant Distillery and Mr. Ed’s Seafood & Oyster House. If you are looking for late night grub there are many to choose from on St. Charles Street like the St Charles Tavern (a 24hr bar that has great munchie food) and don’t forget Tacos and Beer another 24 hour lunch and munch spot.

• The residence has no dedicated parking. Only street parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

• This unit is on the 1st however there are a couple of stairs.
• We may use video surveillance in public areas.
• For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon your request
• We know that you may want to check in early or stay late to enjoy your planned activities. PLEASE NOTE: If early check-in/late check-out becomes available, we’ll send you an email/text message with an offer to upgrade to an early check-in or late check-out.
• Gatherings of more than 6 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent
The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• City residents are required to book a minimum of a 3-night stay.
House rules
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction. Violators will be charged $200 - $500 fine.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Any exceptions to the rules and regulations, as written here, must be approved in writing in advance. Rates, terms, and conditions are subject to change without notice.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

Nice and clean! Very pretty. Accurate to photos. Would give a perfect 5 star expect for the extremely uncomfortable king bed. We had several issues that started with a bizarre check-in policy. You will be required to give more information to property management before they actually confirm reservation. VRBO confirmed, but then I get a text a day after I made VRBO reservations to send my drivers license front and back to another company other than VRBO. I have never had anyone ask that on VRBO, but I complied and sent photo of drivers license. Then the next day I get another text saying I’m STILL NOT confirmed until I confirm my credit card they have on file. At this point I call VRBO because I was afraid of a scam. It wasn’t. They really had not confirmed me after my confirmed reservation that I had made w VRBO. This policy is strange to me and also nerve wracking to still not have a reservation confirmed. I get that they have extra things they require, but maybe ask as soon as reservation happens so to get the reservation process over with. These homes are nicely done so I was super surprised by the next two issues as well. One of the king beds was very uncomfortable and loudly squeaks. You can feel the springs and it has divots. It was probably a super cheap mattress. The other beds were very comfortable. Management came by to check and agreed but unfortunately couldn’t change it for our stay. So we had to have the adults on twin beds and two kids on uncomfortable mattress. Not ideal for a get away weekend, but that was the only option. Our coffee pot took out, which happens and management brought a new coffee pot. Unfortunately it was one of those tiny coffee pots to replace a 12 cup, so we made lots of tiny pots of coffee. 😂 Pool was full of leaves, but looked like a neat amenity if you wanted to use it when cleaner. Location was good for walking to trolley and street parking was easy and free! Big plus in New Orleans. I would recommend this house and it is very well done, but the management or owner needs to replace that one bed for sure and buy a 12 cup coffee pot. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!
