Chelsea at the front desk is so nice and does a great job of checking folks in and explaining hotels policy. The rooms are clean and well set up. The parking lot is very well lit and you can walk over to the Chick Fil A or McDonald's safely.

The mattress is one of the worse one I've tried to sleep on. Its in the top three of all times of bad. I stay in a hotel 10 to 15 times a year. The shower head needs replacing. The staff was great!

Clean, but breakfast ends early
It was clean and did the job as a night to stay. I was a little annoyed with a few details. We arrived at 2am due to delayed flights. Got to our king bed room with sofa bed for the kids. And i had to go back down at 2am and wait for someone to get 2 pillows for my kids sofa bed. The same thing then with the towels. They only gave us 2 towels. Then we woke up and went down to breakfast at 8:40 am. We were extremely famished from the night before from delayed flights and lost luggage. We even still had on our clothes from the night before, which wasnt ideal. But what do you do. So apparenlty at 8:40 am when we went to get breakfast, we couldn't because it ended at 8:30 am!!! I have never been to a place that ended breakfast so ealry! There were a few items still in the breakfast line, so i went into het them and was immediately shewed out by the lady cleaning up. Anyways, we ended up going to McDonald's, close by instead. The one nice thing was they let us have a later check out, since we were waiting for the airport to call us if they found our luggage. Anyways, it was just a few of the details that werw missing that bothered us. And if we were so exhausted or famished, it probably wouldn't have been a big deal. But it was for usnthis stay.

Staff was very nice and welcoming. This is an older facility, but clean and somewhat updated. Breakfast was adequate. The room was comfortable.
