Great for Our Group
I went there with 2 friends and this worked out well for us. It seems to be converted from 2 small apartments so the layout is a little odd but for 3 guys it was no problem. It lacks a common area other than the main kitchen area seen in pictures, the rear deck which is a really nice feature and a small deck in the front with a view of the greenway. It is a relatively affordable place to crash and hang out. The front bedroom contains its own small kitchen which is really convenient for the person staying there. The neighborhood is a little sketchy but not much more or less than most of New Orleans. I would not choose to stroll around at night here or ever walk to/from the French Quarter due to the distance and more importantly safety so plan for Uber/Lyft travel in and out. Having said that right across from the place the greenway passes that has steady activity of people walking, running and biking. The place is on the second floor and certainly feels secure.
