Experience New Orleans like a local in this delightful 1900’s shotgun style home. This comfortable 2-bedroom shotgun is in a quiet residential neighborhood but only steps away from the most vibrant stretch of Magazine Street. You’ll be walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Hop On/Hop Off tour bus stop and rental bicycles are just 2.5 blocks away, with the historic St Charles Avenue Streetcar just a few blocks further, and the French Quarter a short ride-share away. When you are ready to relax, you can enjoy the large screen smart TV from the reclining sofa. A dedicated work station and free WiFi throughout the house will keep you connected. The bedrooms include a queen bed and a full bed. Ready for long term stays with a washer and dryer and a full, furnished kitchen!

What a fantastic location! My husband and I recently sold our home Uptown and were looking for just the right place to stay for a couple of months before our exit from New Orleans. Daniel's place hit the nail on the head! It is located about a block and a half off of one of the best areas of Magazine Street. The unit has everything you need, and is very pet friendly. We could not have asked for a better person to rent from than Daniel :)
