This vacation rental was very clean very well maintained, and even with the couple small issues that we found upon arrival were addressed within a matter of hours. We utilized this vacation rental for our annual Guy trip. The location was close enough to the French Quarter, and downtown locations for touring and offered more than enough room for all of us to spread out and relax. If we go to New Orleans again, we would definitely utilize this vacation rental if available.

I loved my stay in this home. The water pressure was excellent. When I go on a trip I want take great showers, have loads of fun and be easy and this home allowed me to do that. I would highly recommend this home, they were more than accommodating!!!

Beautiful home, loved the pool. The neighboorhood was a little rough. Enjoyed all the space for our group. Had issues with 3/5 toliets and never did find the remote to the main tv. But - would recommend this location and would stay again.

Wonderful Family Vacation in the City

My family and I (party of 8) loved staying at this beautiful house in the heart of New Orleans! We were only 10 minutes away from our favorite destinations. The house was beautiful, spacious, clean, and comfortable. Customer service was extremely helpful and prompt. Would definitely stay again.

Luxurious & Pristine Home

The property was very clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies for large group meals. Rooms on 2nd & 3rd floor made it easy for noise-sensitive guests to have beds far away from common areas while still enjoying the main spaces. The patio was a great lounging area too. Walking distance to grocery store nearby, and to all the fun jazz bars on Frenchman St. Host was responsive throughout. Would book again!

The only problem we had as being older there were three floors and no elevator. We also felt it was a bit far from the center of things and we were uncomfortable walking at night. Place itself was lovely

Guys/family weekend

We had a great time, house was very nice and completely met our needs. Two mild issues, neighborhood was a bit sketchy. Hot water wasn’t very hot. Having said that, I would definitely stay there again!!!

Great spot just a quick ride to downtown NOLA

I thought the property was very clean and the property manager was incredibly responsive. We had more than enough space and the pool was a great spot to hang out. The only downside I would say is the location, the house is on a very busy street and you can hear a loud train pretty consistently throughout the day/night. I didn’t feel unsafe in any way, it was just loud.

Comfy beds, spacious rooms!

This home was perfect for our group. Each morning we woke up, everyone exclaimed how comfortable the beds were! The property management was so easy to reach and communicated almost instantly. The home is beautiful and spacious. Everything worked perfectly. The pool was great to sit by in the morning while we had our coffee and chatted. The neighborhood is quiet and we were able to walk to Frenchmen street easily or take a quick uber when it was dark. The grill worked for some quick hotdogs for lunch. The couch was comfy too! Overall, a great stay! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone. We also enjoyed the easy check out process. In the past, we have had to strip beds and clean and start laundry - not here! easy peasy!

Beautiful Home

The house itself was gorgeous and very clean. So much room and you can tell the owners put a lot of money into it. The showers were AMAZING. Nice little backyard with a pool too. There was plenty of room for two families. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living space was huge. The only downfall is the location, as the road it is on is pretty sketchy, especially at night. We even had people banging on our door at 1am for money. Other than that, it was the perfect place.

I am impressed with the place we stayed and the communication to and from the host. The only thing there was some misunderstanding - the place we stayed there are two different houses owned by the Host. It’s just next door. According to my message when I booked says I stay at that place but when we arrived and couldn’t open the door. We contacted them and they gave us new code to get in. Then - shortly later they told us we were to be at the other house. After several conversations - all is good. I’m very pleased!

Very modern property -pls read all!

Pros: spacious, enough room for all 13 in our party, very modern and nicest looking property in the area, fairly close to all the sites we wanted to see - short drive, property manager was very quick with communication for everything we needed which was much appreciated. Cons: parking is minimal and on the street parking is kinda sketchy, beds/pillows most found uncomfortable, pool stayed over 100 degrees most of the time we stayed here. I believe a book with instructions, local sites, food etc would have been helpful - we are used to one of those to be left in the house - I felt like I had to send a lot of messages that could have been avoided. Just felt that I was bugging the property manager. Just a note, there are no in house board games, etc or seasonings of any sort so if you are wanting to do indoor activities, bring your own and for cooking you are only provided with salt and pepper. This is just something our family does at every house we rent so it’s not necessarily a con, just an FYI where needed.also pool looked much bigger in picture than it was when we arrived and it never reached cooler than 95 degrees.
