We noticed the room was dingy upon check-in, but we tried to remain optimistic. Then we realized our room had a severe leak soaking the carpet that had only been patched up not solved and the room they moved us to had to mold on the vents. Jasmine one of the desk attendants was extremely rude and unwelcoming unfortunately. Every other employee we came across was hardworking, exhibited customer service etiquette, and a little bit of kindness. The rules about the use of the singular microwave in the building were also unclear. Great location and customer service on day 1 and 2 made our experience better despite overwhelming low quality and one impolite employee.
