Great Place Great Location

We loved this place as it was super close to all kinds of restaurants and very close to the convention center that we were exhibiting at. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely come back.

Staff is amazing. The condos are as good as it gets anywhere. Location is central to the quarter,central business district and in the warehouse district. If you are looking for truly upscale place to stay this is it.

Great apartment— Fabulous location!! Everything was new & clean.

Checking in and out was super easy, plus there's luggage storage available if you arrive and your room isn't quite ready! It was a great location, close enough to the French Quarter to walk but far enough that we were able to sleep without too much noise. Clean, comfortable, and lovely apartment, friendly and very responsive management. Would stay here again!

Amazing Stay

Amazing apartment close to everything. Beautiful modern furnished apartment with a lot of amenities. Is perfect for a big family, we enjoyed the nice space. Walking distance to pretty much anything you would like to visit in NOLA! Will definitely come back and recommend it to friends and family.

Great Getaway!

This really is a great condo for a large group! Great communication from the host, including recommendations before our arrival. I'm a planner and I was very impressed with the abundance of information shared from the time of booking until we departed. Check in was a breeze and the location was perfect. Close enough to walk to bourbon street, other attractions and museums, but just far enough away that we weren't bothered by the nightlife. Property was spacious and great layout for our group.

Sisters Getaway

We had an amazing stay here! I've rented many places around the world over the years and this was my favorite. It's spacious, beautifully furnished and well equipped. We loved the neighborhood in the arts/warehouse district and walked to most attractions. The property managers were extremely responsive when we had any questions, made it very easy to check-in and store our luggage, and provided thoughtful touches like coffee, extra toothbrushes, etc. We'll definitely be back!

The Catherine is stunning and New Orleans Luxury Rentals made the process easy every step of the way. They stayed in touch with me consistently, they provided recommendations, and text me upon arriving with everything I needed to enter my accommodation and then I got a message on what to do to clean up as I departed (which isn't much). We will look to come back when we visit Nola again. If you get the chance to stay here, do it!

EXCELLANT STAY!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The place was GREAT! They communicated with me and my group of friends very well. We loved the home and didn't have any complaints as this was our first time in New Orleans. The house is very up-to-date. It is also in a great location and we were less than 20 minutes from every spot we wanted to see. A lot of different food locations close by as well. Love the security system as well it's always nice to feel safe when you're in a new city and glad we got to control it as well! Having four bedrooms and four bathrooms was amazing as everyone had more than enough space to feel comfortable! Thank you so much and we will be back!

Beautiful and spacious Apartments

The apartment was decorated beautifully and exceptionally clean with all the amenities that you would need. Even those items that you may have forgotten; we lack nothing!! Communication with the property manager was excellent via text or phone. They took your calls and address your issues immediately! My family absolutely loved it and can’t wait to book again.

This was my first experience with using Vrbo. The apartment truly lives up to its description and I was not disappointed. Everything was clean and well provided. The property is very conveniently located, so that we could walk to local restaurants and bars, and accessing streetcars or buses was easy. Plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Simply Delightful!

Architecturally stunning property! Very spacious, immaculate unit within walking distance of downtown, as well as many stores and restaurants. Property manager is very responsive. I loved that The Catherine is two apartments connecting in the living room area with a door. Very nice to have two living rooms and two kitchens! It is nice to have the door in between the two apartments so we could close for privacy and open for enjoyment.

Downtown NOLA Oasis

Communication with the management team was great, including restaurant recommendations. I was nervous because I have never stayed in a short term rental before but it was great. We are a family of 5 so traditional hotel rooms can be a challenge. We had plenty of room and the two kitchens made snacks and meals easier. Loved having the Rouses within walking distance. We ended up using the recommendation given by the management team to park using Spothero which made it a pleasurable parking experience. I would definitely recommend this property.

The Catherine and The Calliope - Unforgettable experience!!

Our experience at The Refinery was one of comfort and luxury that was within walking distance of the New Orleans action, restaurants and entertainment. We discovered hidden culinary gems and didn't experience a bad meal. The interior decor of the rooms, background lobby music and lighting created a pleasurable trendy experience. Far from a hotel experience but more like visiting a friend's stylish home with all necessary entities such as a full kitchen, washer dryer and enough room for laying out and enjoying entertaining rest after pleasures that the city offers. The spacious balcony allowed us to enjoy a cocktail while lounging on the comfortable furniture. From beginning to end, the entire process was seamless and Danielle/Amy were very helpful every step of the way to all our needs and many questions. I'd definitely choose to return to The Refinery and would recommend this luxurious experience to my friends.
