  • This is a completely private unit. Beautiful New Orleans single, shotgun home with high ceilings, heart of pine floors, cypress doors, beautiful old windows and architectural details. Living room with comfy furniture, couch, chairs and tv. In the bedroom is a queen size bed and armoire. The bathroom is new with shower. Relax on the front porch or walk to watch the bands just a few blocks away. There are many new restaurants, bars, coffee shops and galleries that have opened up in the area to explore.

Rita was very accommodating and quick to response. She checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The place was perfect for the price. Just far enough away from the very busy French Quarter but still plenty of shops & galleries during the day, as well as eats & bars for the evening. Neighborhood was great to walk around and not too loud, except maybe the train.

The place was charming, very clean and comfortable! . The location could not have been better for us; walking distance to great restaurants, public transportation, and the French Quarter. The neighborhood was amazing! So colorful, filled with friendly people and fun and quirky houses and shops. We had a fantastic time and would happily book again. This stay was so fantastic, wonderful guide to the area from our host, responsive to questions, ease of location being close to so many artsy area attractions on top of the French Quarter. Highly recommend staying with Rita, sitting out front and sipping coffee in the mornings, and divine living arrangements.
