Amazing place

Loved this place! Stayed for graduation and so much room for multiple people. The whole process was super smooth and the place was awesome. Loved the gated entry and the courtyard with pool.

Great place with an amazing central location to everywhere

The place was as described and we had a wonderful time staying here. There were plenty of spaces for me and my 5 friends to all stay and have their own areas. The location was center to everything we wanted to do and the communication within VRBO and text was stellar. I highly recommend staying here!

Great time for a bachelor weekend!

I went here for a bachelor party weekend and the place was great! Very clean, with a lot of spaces to hang out in. The pool and rooftop especially! The hosts were very easy to communicate with, and I would definitely consider them again for future trips to New Orleans.

Perfect Location

This place was just like the pictures—absolutely beautiful and aesthetically pleasing! It was the perfect spot for our New Orleans trip, whether you're planning a girls' getaway or a fellas' weekend. Only a quick 10-minute drive to Bourbon Street, so we were close to all the fun but still had a peaceful place to come back to.Unfortunately, it rained the first night so we couldn’t enjoy the balcony, and we did report a window leak that caused some rain to come in—but no one ever responded. That was the only downside.Other than that, the space was perfect in every way. I’d definitely stay here again!

Incredible property in NOLA!!!

We had an incredible stay at this amazing three-level property in a perfect location in New Orleans. The rooftop patio was a highlight, so grab a pizza from the incredible Italian restaurant next door and enjoy it up there. The pool was beautiful and we made sure to use it every day. The location couldn’t be better, walking distance to most everything, or just a quick Uber ride away. Only 17 minutes from the airport too, which made things super convenient. The property owner was fantastic with communication, very helpful, and flexible with our check-in and check-out times. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Would absolutely stay here again! FIVE STARS!!!

June Bachelor Party

The house is perfect for a big group trying to visit New Orleans. Perfect distance from all the go to places. The amenities (specifically in the kitchen) aren’t ideal for an extended stay (I.e. no toaster, broken utensils, poor water pressure in sink), but the property is great for what it is. I would recommend this property.

Great stay

Due to a booking issue, the host was nice enough to upgrade us to a luxury apartment. The place was really clean and housed all of my friends easily. Not too far from the streetcar station which was nice. The only thing was that the hot tub that was advertised on the booking did not work, and the host was not responsive when I texted them about this issue.

Birthday Girls trip

Communication was great before we arrive. Everything was as describe in pictures , beautiful view from rooftop, enough room for everyone and was decorate lovely. It was a lot of steps but was good exercise.

Wonderful!! Would stay again!

This was our first trip to New Orleans and I can confidently say that I would rebook this property without hesitation. The location was fantastic- a short walk to the French quarter and a 10 min Uber ride to bourbon street. The gated entrance to our unit made us feel safe. The unit was clean, spacious, and decorated beautifully. Communication with the property manager was great- all of our questions were answered in a timely fashion. All of the guests had a great stay!

The property was beautiful, clean, and very spacious for our large group! Loved that we were just minutes away from everything. Our host was amazing. Thank you for your quick response. Definitely will book with you again!! My only issue is that we could not eat together as a large group. You need a dining table.. other then that everything was great! We really enjoyed ourselves.

Fantastic home for a family gathering!

My family stayed at this property to celebrate my Dad's 80th birthday in NOLA. Three generations under one roof and everyone had plenty of room -- it was a perfect gathering spot! The rooftop lounge space was a fantastic spot to watch the sunset and enjoy time together. We spent another evening by the pool & hot tub, enjoying the music and comfortable vibe. Having multiple floors of bedrooms and bathrooms gave everyone privacy and space apart while the home also provided cozy spots to gather. We watched the Alabama vs. Georgia football game (ROLL TIDE!) on the second floor, enjoying the kitchen area for snacks and drinks. I couldn't more highly recommend this location -- we would definitely stay again. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance and our cars were safe while they were parked on the street.

Friends get-together in Nola Halloween 2023

We very much enjoyed our stay in this property. It was clean, suited the needs of our group perfectly and we loved the location, within walking distance to the garden district (Halloween decorations were over the top!) and away from the French quarter commotion, which was still easy enough to reach by Uber or trolley. Several restaurants are also within close vicinity, we particularly enjoyed Tito's ceviche and Pisco on St Charles! Madison responded in a timely fashion to our communication about a few minor issues. The manager graciously made check in and check out easier by extending the hours for us to use the property. We would recommend this property to future renters and would come back there!

Needs improvement but would stay again

We came here for a girls weekend (age 38-39) and there were 7 of us. For the bed arrangement, this was a perfect place because of the space and rooms. Pros - # of beds and bathrooms - location - size of place - blankets available Cons - pool closes at 5 (entirely way too early and dumb) - thin walls (you can hear everything from foot steps to bass from music and water from toilets) - bunk bed window didn’t close all the way - ant issue but owner dealt with this quickly Suggestions: - more towels needed - 1st floor tv coloring was off - full length mirror needed - pool should be open until at least 8 - small trash cans in each room - better pillows needed

Hi Sadat and Madison, Thanks for everything. The place was lovely and we really enjoyed all being together. A couple of observations: - a suggestion: the other bedrooms needs the over door hooks to hang coats and clothes and they need clothes hangers. - more towels would be very helpful and large bath towels ( the bath towels were very small). - the coffee pot ( carafe) was not there to make a large pot of coffee. - dedicated safe parking would be great. Several days we had to park around the corner by the credit union ( not idea with out of state tags) If you make a few of these adjustments, the stay would be even better. We actually loved the space and will recommend to others.

Bachelor party of 8.

Sadat was very attentive before and during our stay. He was very accommodating as a host. The property was perfect for 8 adults. The rooftop is a great place to hangout as well as the pool located in the back of the property. My group was very impressed with the overall condition of the house. I will say that the gate to get into the property was troublesome at times. I let Sadat know so I’m sure it will be taken care of. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed throughout our stay. The coffee machine is a Keurig and takes k cups only - so be mindful of that when getting groceries. I would recommend this property to any group wanting to stay in an updated house that’s a short 5 minute Uber to Bourbon street.

Amazing Property

The property is stunning. Location is pretty good. New Orleans can have some sketchy neighborhoods - and there are some within walking distance, but this area seems to be up and coming. We had no safety concerns during our stay. Lyft ride to the French Quarter is about 13, so access is pretty quick and easy.The place was spotless when we checked in - which was early after we received permission to do so from the owner. The process to request and receive early check-in was smooth and seamless. Check-in instructions were sent to me a few days in advance and were clear and easy to follow. We had no issues checking in at all.Probably the only thing to note - not even a bad thing, just worth being aware of for some groups - is that you're going to be using stairs. We had a group of eight, so somebody was on every floor with a bedroom. Again, this is not a problem - just be aware that only 4 people can stay on the ground floor. We utilized just about everything in the space - kitchen (fridge, microwave, sink), washing machine/dryer, Roku-enabled televisions. Everything worked properly except one remote control that seemed to be for lights but we could never make anything work. That didn't matter as there are switches that turned everything on and off. Check-out was also seamless for us as the rules were very clearly displayed and easy to follow - including finding the trash dumpster outside.

ULTIMATE Bachelor Pad Haven! 3 Blocks from St. Charles (Mardi Gras Parade Route) in Heart of City

I'm enthused to share how glad I am I had the opportunity to book this gem-of-a-stay back in June of 2023 for Thursday-Sunday of Mardi Gras 2024! As a Tulane Alum and Groom to an absolute dime of a woman I'm marrying soon, this place was conducive of an unbelievable time for all and was without-a-doubt the "Ultimate Bachelor Pad" for my Groomsmen, or my 'Krewe!' Sadat and his team were spot-on PERFECT - This includes but isn't limited to Madison, his Executive Assistant, along with the host was very communicative, informative, accommodating and courteously warm, and my guy, Spencer, the Property Manager was a consummate professional vibe-setter! All around, an all-star lineup! The place itself had the right look, feel, space, prime location and is decked out with all of the essentials! The strong security measures, resort-style pool, neighborhood including their other villas and dank restaurants like Cafe Roma all added to the stay being a stellar one! The reviews that mentioned the concerns of towel sizes, coffee makers and noise have all been resolved as far as I could see. The SPREAD OUT ACCOMODATIONS, Vogue-esque DECOR and PRIVATE ROOFTOP VIEWS were stunningly beautiful and made this the "Ultimate Bachelor Pad" which was centric, awe-inspiring and great vibes just three blocks from St. Charles and walking or short drive distance to so many incredible areas and spots including Central City, Lower Garden District, Uptown, Louis-Amstrong (MSY) Airport & French Quarter! Thx

Beautiful Home

We stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette weekend and this property was PERFECT! We ended up being placed in a different unit than what was listed online, but I think we ended up better off in the end. There was plenty of space for everyone (including bathrooms, which is imperative for a group of women getting ready). We didn’t really use the kitchen (let’s be real, when you’re in NOLA, you gotta eat the local cuisine), but seemed to be stocked with the basics. We did end up getting coffee from a shop around the corner because the coffee maker didn’t have a carafe and people weren’t thrilled about a Keurig. The pool was also a great addition that we enjoyed; it’s covered by screens for shade and has some cute lawn games in the patio area. The private rooftop was a big hit with beautiful views of the skyline and plenty of furniture for us to spread out on. Upon checking in, we did have an issue with the electricity in the master suite of the main floor. The property assistant was very prompt in sending someone out to get the issue rectified within about 20 minutes, which was amazing. There was also a chirping noise from the security system every 30 seconds that we just ended up living with. Location is ideal. It’s central to most places in New Orleans and outside of the bustle of the French Quarter. Walkable to several spots during the day, but wouldn’t recommend walking at night (everything is a quick Uber/Lyft ride away). Over all, would definitely stay again
