Located in the Picayune Place Historic District (CBD), perfectly situated between the French Quarter and Warehouse District.
Walkable: French Quarter (2 blocks), Harrah's (1 block), Convention Center & WWII Museum (10 mins).
Transit: No car needed. Walking or Uber/Lyft is recommended.

Parking: No on-site parking available.
Noise: Downtown location means potential street noise at all hours.
