The apartment was very clean and well stocked. It was a GREAT location...just a few blocks away from 2 streetcar stops and only 2 blocks from Fresh Market. The owner was very responsive whenever we contacted him.

Comfortable, Clean, Convenient

Comfortable - Condo is well-equipped. Everything one might expect and more (e.g., filtered water).Clean - Would pass the white glove test with flying colors.Convenient - Easy streetcar access, grocery just across the street, @ 10 min walk to restaurants/shops on Magazine St. Parking spot right next to condo, although we did not drive anywhere and visited the French Quarter, the zoo, City Park, several cemeteries, WWII museum, and more. A new adventure everyday day, then returned to a cool, comfortable place to rest and rejuvenate.

Garden District Gem

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at the condo. Neat,clean and organized and more TV channel options than any VRBO we have stayed at. Terrific location steps from streetcar and bus transportation. Walking distance from shops and restaurants also. Great communication with Brandon, our host. Very simple house rules. French Quarter about 20 minutes away by streetcar. Highly recommended.

Weekend Getaway

Brandon's apartment was in the perfect location, had everything we needed, and was well-maintained. Our first night, we walked to Magazine St and felt completely safe. We can't wait to come back!

The location waa perfect. Loved the Garden District with beautiful houses, delicious restaurants, great shopping, and the trolly/bus to take you places. The apartment was clean, quiet safe, and had everything you would need for a vacation. .

Short Vacay Perfect Stay

The area was safe and convenient. Out of the tourist area, but close to the streetcar. The property is perfect for 2 with everything you might need supplied. Very clean condo with thick fluffy towels. Communication with the owner was easy. I suggest a simple chair in the bedroom for visitors who might want to sit when dressing. and trouble free

Very nice and convenient .

We wanted to stay in the upper garden district and also be close to the trolly for trips down town and locally so we didn’t have to park in the city . We used a Le Pass a unlimited pass for 3 days, it is offered through RTA for $8 . The property was very clean and nice decor complimenting the area . The kitchen was stocked with everything on would need to prepare a meal . The walk to the trolly in was 1 block to St. Charles line . There is a Fresh market 2 1/2 blocks on St. Charles and a fast food 1 1/2 block. We would stay there again if we have the opportunity . The host was easy to contact . Very nice having a laundry on the property also.

Convenient Safe Comfortable

this nice little apartment in the garden district is the perfect spot for jazz fest far enough away from the venue that you don’t feel the pressure in the presence of all the fans however it’s close enough. That’s easy to get you on bike. Great market right across the street plus a host of great restaurants half a mile to magazine Street easy access to all the downtown amenities Blue Bikes on the corner, overall great spot

Great Location in the Garden District

This one-bedroom has a great location. Near the St. Charles St. Trolley to get you to the Warehouse/Arts District or the French Quarter or Tulane. Easy walking distance to Magazine St. for shopping, eating and drinking. The property has a dedicated off-street parking spot. Easy check-in and check-out.This one will be in the consideration when we come back to NOLA.

This property was exactly as advertised. It is a short walk to the streetcar stop. Which brings you right to Canal st. and Bourbon st. Area seems very nice and safe. Never felt uncomfortable at all. There is an upscale grocery store about a block away. There are plenty of restaurants and bars close. We ubered to those. Several nights we didnt even go down to the french quarter. Alot to do right around here. But the quarter is only about a 20 minute streetcar ride. I would recommend getting the RTA pass. 15 a week for unlimted rides. The unit was nice and had 2 patios to step out to if you smoke. Brandon was great if we had questions or if we needed anything. Very quick response time. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfection!!! Adorable, clean, and well furnished. Everything we needed. And, talk about "location, location, location"!!! Streetcar line, Hop On Hop Off bus stop, and Fresh Market......all just a block away!!!! Thanks for a great stay.
