Are you looking for the perfect place to stay in the Big Easy? Well, look no further! The condo is centrally located in the CBD and just two short blocks from the well renowned French Quarter and Bourbon Street. You will find that this 1,350 sqft. condo has all of what the city of New Orleans has to offer right outside your front door. It is even within walking distance of the Convention Center and Super Dome. It is a beautiful, historically renovated, fully furnished two bed and two bath property located in The Picayune, a building originally known as The Times-Democrat in the early 1900’s. The condo unit also has a balcony with terrific, city views of the CBD. You will not be disappointed with the condo's accommodation or the location. If you want to experience the beautiful city of New Orleans as a local, this is the location for you. Book Now!

Perfect stay
Perfect spot, fantastic host. You can’t beat the location for access to the French quarter and garden districts. We didn’t need a car and were able to get everywhere we needed to go. The unit is spacious, comfortable and has everything you need. We loved sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine at the end of a long walking day. We also had extenuating circumstances and the host was accommodating when she didn’t have to be — and we are so grateful. Awesome spot for anyone’s Nola trip!

We had a great stay at the property. Very comfortable for two couples with lots of extras provided. The neighborhood was relatively quiet but still close to everything. Balcony was great! The owners were very attentive. We would stay here again.

Listing was spot on! Amazing find two beds both with King Beds and ensuite bathrooms. The Balcony was prefect for morning coffee and evening night caps! The Owner/Manager was great! The pre-arrival email was the best we have ever received. Cannot wait to stay here again soon!

This was an awesome space well represented factually by the photos. Its location is mostly quiet but just steps from the French Quarter. Easy to get to street cars on Canal Street. Quick walk to the Riverwalk, shopping, and Convention Center. The owner makes terrific restaurant recommedations. Bathrooms were clean with nice accessories and beds were comfortable. Kitchen is adequately equiped with tools for eating in. Plenty of room for 2 couples

The place was just as described. Very comfortable. The street is a little busier then I expected BUT, the bedrooms were very quiet. Location is perfect for walks around the French Quarter. I would not hesitate to book this unit again.

Great stay in the Big Easy
Perfect place to stay near the French Quarter. The rooms were clean, really well appointed and we appreciated the little things like the toothbrushes. Great hosts and we will definitely stay there again in the future.
