The Inn is walking distance from major spots like Bourbon Street, St Louis Cathedral and Cafe Du Monde. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable for 2 people. 'Front desk' is shared between this location and 'Inn on St Peter' so no 'front desk person' is at the location. But the staff were quick to answer any questions we had via text. Spotty WiFi but we were hardly in the room for it to really be an issue. For a quick 3-day trip, this spot was great and I'd stay here again.

The room was clean. Staff was nice, but not in the same building the rooms fans I changed rooms one room. I could not turn the fan off and it did not have a heater. The location is very convenient. I walked everywhere I wanted to go.

The end was very nice. I stayed in two different rooms. The first room was wonderful. I had a heater and a fan that you could turn off and on the second room was smaller. The fan could not be adjusted. It was just on all the time the heater did not exist in this room. The rooms were clean. They had plenty of pillows is strange how it’s set up. I think there’s like three different hotels that Management runs so they’re in different places, but I would stay there again.

Very well updated and clean hotel. Stayed in an interior room so we did not have any windows but that did not really effect anything aside from not knowing what time of day it was or the weather. Minisplit kept the room comfortable and staff was very helpful with late check in and rooms cleaned daily. The only real downside having a room right in the entryway so we heard everyone come and go which was slightly bothersome in the morning

Bourbon street is a couple blocks away. We had a King Suite which had heating and light issues. So we we were downgraded to a Queen Suite also with lighting issues and no windows. No one working at the front desk at all. So our first night was not good at all. We were reaccomodated and checked in at Lamothe House which we decided to return to when we visit again!

One, the pictures don’t accurately depict the rooms. Two, the front desk didn’t have someone there most of the time which made check in and getting room needs met a total pain. Staff was lovely but over stretched.
