This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom magnificent townhouse is located inside the newly constructed Bienville Villas.
Located in the heart of Mid City, you will be close to some of the best walkable bars and restaurants and across from Lafitte Greenway, a 2.6-mile bicycle and pedestrian trail and green corridor connecting neighborhoods from Armstrong Park to City Park.
Hop on a nearby streetcar and you’ll find yourself in the heart of the French Quarter and Bourbon Street in less than 10 minutes.
With 5+ beds, the cozy townhouse is ideal for family gatherings, special occasion celebrations, and big family reunions.

• Shared Outdoor Pool (Working hours - 8am-10pm.)
• Gatherings of more than 8 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent
The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Must climb stairs.
House rules
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• The home has maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction. Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am
• Any exceptions to the rules and regulations as written here must be approved in writing in advance. Rates, terms, and conditions are subject to change without notice.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

This house is a must see! Pictures do not do it justice!

The house was perfect for our girls trip. We needed somewhere to sleep before our flight to DR the next morning & this property understood the assignment! We hired a personal chef IG: dacreolechef for dinner and this house had all the necessities we needed! Every room was nice and clean and very spacious. 9/10 recommend. One point missing due to so many stairs and no bathroom on the 1st floor. Still, I will definitely be booking again!

The townhome layout was great and location was perfect for what we were looking for. And the 2-car garage was a great feature for a city rental. Would have rated higher, but we discovered some maintenance issues (dirty floors) and furniture repairs needed (broken legs on media console, missing/broken parts on kitchen appliances, missing light bulbs and only one remote control for 3 TVs) on our first day there. The place could also really use a full paint job as the walls in many areas were dirty/smudged. Overall a nice place but could be great with a little maintenance.

My first time in NOLA

This property made my first time visit to NOLA an epic vacation!! I really enjoyed the property! The only critic is that the WiFi signal was very weak the first two days and we couldn’t really use the TVs . Second suggestion is to get a tv in every bedroom. But overall had a great stay and will definitely use them again! Joshua
