Cockroaches in the room, musty air. Charged incidental fee twice. Added on an activity fee that was almost $100 extra dollars. Good location and the bar is nice, but overall not worth the price ($1400 all told for four nights).

Room smelled like an old smoking room. Front desk stated that is just how our rooms smell. People passed out and panhandling outside property on the sidewalk. Bathroom was extremely small with no bath fan.

Tourist fees and a $20 a day fee for gift cards that your more than liely not going to use because you have your teip planned already.I will not stay next time. Everything was fine except for the commutation abilities with some of the front desk staff. Both checking in and checking out, the assistants had such heavy foreign accents that even after asking them to repeat several times we still didn’t understand what they were saying. And it was important stuff not like requesting extra towels for instance. So yeah, I could understand if we were in another country, but in the United States one should have a reasonable expectation that the assistant helping them can speak the language. It was a real hindrance dropping my rating from 5 stars to 3.
