Parking was fine. Cigarette butts in the bathroom sink. Blinds in bathroom extremely dirty. Kitchen is stocked poorly. Only spoons, no forks or knives. Only 1 glass. No pot holders or kitchen towels. Need to do inventory of supplies. Office staff ok, not much hospitality there. Ask a question, get a different answer. Bathroom towels had holes in them

It is a cute and quiet location (we did have a stampede of lost guests come through a couple of times, but it’s not on the resort..) and I would recommend staying here. However, some rooms do need a bit more cleaning and fixing done, like removing spiderwebs and fixing up mirror closer doors). Towels could be updated. But overall it’s a cute and quiet place. There is a restaurant on site, but we never made it because of our schedule.

The accommodations are in extreme need of a reno. Kitchen cupboard drawers falling off, holes in the wall from the furniture, zero water pressure in the showers yet the sink had lots of pressure, stains on the bedding, closet doors don’t open. Had to wear our shoes inside as our socks and feet were black from walking on the floor. Definetly not worth the money we were charged

When we arrived the floors were dirty and there were spiders/cobwebs on the ceilings. Also small hairs in the shower and in the bedding. Other than that the location is super cute and the amenities are great!

Floors in our unit were worn and had some soft spots that need to be repaired. Parking isn't concreted it's in a gravel lot, located away from unit so we had to stop unload and then go park and walk back. Other than that it was a pleasant stay, the pool was awesome! The onsite food was delicious!

Building could use some minor maintenance inside. Management was polite. Grounds were very nice and clean with several amenities. The 2bed 2 bath unit we stayed in was spacious for our family of 6 with a very cool roof top deck.

Wonderful Time!!!

We were pleasantly satisfied at the entire trip. We stayed 5 nights and it was wonderful waking up on the lake every morning. Everything was clean. The room was as advertised and the staff was awesome and helpful. The restaurant was also excellent even thought not open every day. Felt very safe and secure the entire time. We took a Lyft into New Orleans when we traveled. I even got some fishing in. We are Certainly going back!

Rooms need some fixing up. They need to provide more towels and toilet paper. Remotes were missing from the rooms. They didnt provide filters for the coffee. Wish the restaurant was open for breakfast and the bar lol! They need foot rugs for rainey days

For 6 days we had no housekeeping, no fresh towels, no fresh rooms, nothing. No fire alarm in main room. It was disconnected. Ac leaked BAD. Multiple cockroaches. No response from management at all. WiFi is NOT free as advertised. We asked for housekeeping so many times and they never came. We gave up and left. Hotels.com hasn’t been helpful and keeps sending automated emails “let us know if there’s anything we can do” and they said nothing they can do. It’s a rv park, that is run down with severe water damage. The roof in the kitchen was about to cave in. Do not recommend!!!

Just recently stayed here for a girls trip. We road the train so we didn’t get there until after 9:30 pm. We made it to our room by 10:30|11:00. By 12:00 am, we had to change rooms 3 times!!! The rooms were not clean at all! There was dirt on all the sheets and cover, one room was leaking water, one bed had tissue in it when we pulled the covers back. The office closes early, so we had to communicate with the security. He would call the manger. Her suggestion was, wait until the next morning to speak with someone. We literally slept in our clothes. When we went to the office the next morning. It was as if the receptionist didn’t believe us. I started showing all the pictures we took! She then reached out to the manager. I requested an upgraded room. The manager did honor my request at no additional cost.
