Perfect location - great for a larger group

This house was great for our larger group that consisted of 7 in their twenties and 3 of their “moms.” We went for Mardi Gras and the location couldn’t have been better. Rampart is right on the border between the French Quarter and the Tremé neighborhood. So many things within walking distance. The house itself is just the right mix of nice but not so nice that you feel like you have to be super careful. The kitchen is small and there isn’t much room to put groceries, but who goes to New Orleans to cook their own food? The top floor was perfect for our group of young adults. They all loved being up there together. We would definitely recommend this house.

11 for the Weekend

The property was great and perfect for our big group of 11. There was plenty of room for a few more too. Very clean & absolutely beautiful. The property manager, Mike, was very accommodating & even helped us find additional parking. We will definitely stay there again if we get the chance.

House exactly as advertised - great location great stay

We had a great time at this spot! It is definitely an old house with some can I say spooky cool and authentic New Orleans vibes! The place is exactly as advertised and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The host was super generous with an early check in late check out which we truly appreciated since we only had two nights in NoLa. The house was well stocked with Tp clean towels trash bags etc. all the essentials, and the price is super reasonable for how great the location is. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Excellent property for large group, even better host

I have only great things to say about this place. It's an older property but very well maintained. We used it for a 40th birthday party with 13 guests, many of whom were men. Gave a unique way to make sure everyone had a bed while still staying affordable. Extremely convenient location, especially to bourbon street. Only downside is number of bathrooms, but that was very clear from the listing. Everything about the way it was listed was extremely accurate. and the property itself is very clean. Probably the biggest bonus was the host. We ran into a family emergency a couple of days prior, and I can't speak enough about how accommodating he was. Extremely easy to talk to, very reasonable, and helped us out in a pinch. I would highly recommend this property and host to anyone looking.

Only a couple of blocks from Bourbon St and all the food and drinks that you can ever want. The location was clean and the the manager was quick to respond to any last second hiccups that surfaced. The only thing I was recommend would be to continue to inform other guests that the courtyard in the back is a shared amenity for those renting out the place. Other than that, it was all smooth sailing.
