The condo was welcoming, clean and comfortable. Instructions were simple to follow to access parking, the building and the room. The location is convenient (especially for walking) to downtown and the French Quarter.

Awesome Property

We truly enjoyed staying at this property. Bourbon Street and many restaurants were in walking distance. We loved having our own bathrooms in each bedroom and felt at home as we gathered in the living room and at the pool on the roof. We would definitely stay here again!

Mardi Gras 50th Birthday Party

We were in New Orleans to celebrate a 50th birthday. The whole week was riot. The apartment is ideally located, close to the heart of the French quarter and other attractions. The apartment was clean, well presented and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 6 adults. If we were to return to NOLA we’d stay here again. The onsite car park is convenient but expensive.

New Year’s Getaway

We really enjoyed celebrating my daughter’s birthday and New Year’s. We enjoyed cooking dinner and staying in the clean and spacious unit. This is our second time staying at the Elenor and we will be back again when we come to watch my daughter play basketball at UNO!

PERFECT choice for a group trip, super spacious! Gorgeous and immaculately clean unit. Safe location & parking (which is most important when staying in New Orleans- trust me). Lobby, Elevator, and Unit are only accessible with a valid code, making it nearly impossible for non-tenants to enter the building + 24-hour security in the parking garage.

The location and the condition of the condo was amazing. It is a very modern and comfortable unit. We had a minor concern with the rooftop hot tub because of previous guests. After contacting Shane, the problem was corrected the following day. We would definitely stay there again and are recommending it to our friends.

Disappointed

This is my first time using VRBO and I would a last choice for my next vacation. The unit was fine but the service is lacking. The owner had very strict and petty rules for the unit. I felt unappreciated for the money I spent due to the legalize of signing a contract having to check out promptly to avoid penalties for one minute over. I would do better to stay at a hotel or resort.

Not all condos have a balcony. Only the penthouses do. Neighborhood was a little sketchy after dark. Everything was very clean and nice.
