The rooms were modern and large. The area was a little skech, but right next to the convention center. There is not "staff" at the property. I never once saw a housekeeper/cleaning crew and almost evey day the elevatirs smelled of weed and people were making noise all night long

This was for my family. The price was phenomenal the experience that we had being there was one of space. As our children have gotten older it is harder to find a space that we all fit in comfortable. We visited at least 10 different locations from Florida to Texas and this offered us the most space

Location is ideal for the convention center and the communication without staff present was very impressive. However, you have to be ok with the noise level from the freeway that is literally above you. We also struggled a lot with the room temp as ventilation to the main bedroom was poor.

Process for checking in was easy, room was clean and the help desk was very hunted down a tv remote for me. Im sure it was wrapped in bedding from prior guest and taken when they cleaned the room. 4 remotes later and I was all set.

Worth it!

Great place to stay near the convention center. Spacious rooms with a full kitchen. The airline changed my flights to a day earlier and it was easy and reasonable to add an extra day to my stay.

The property was nice and the staff was friendly. My only con is the master bedroom gets really hot due the large windows. Maybe the windows should be tinted, other than that my stay was enjoyable

This space was perfect for us and the value was unbelievable. We traveled with our two young children while my husband had a conference. While it was a bit of a walk to some of our destinations, it was a safe and easy one.

I had a pleasant experience. The check-in process was a little tedious having to find a link inside a link inside a text message. The space was clean and well appointed and in a great location close to the event center and dining options. I will book here again.

My family really enjoyed our stay. The room was extremely nice and very clean. My one suggestion for fellow travelers is to bring extra face towels (which I do anyway) and maybe a blanket because most things are virtual so there is no housekeeping and it just makes things a lot more convenient. The full kitchen came in handy as well. Our check in and out process was very easily and well explained. We will definitely be booking there again!

Walking distance to Convention Center. A bit of a walk to dining and entertainment. Parking was expensive, though it was convenient. Coffe pot was missing, but the room had a french press. All in all, a very nice stay!

The Hotel was located very convenient to the convention center. However, it was not cleaned properly before our arrival. Bedsheets had stains, chocolate wraps in one of the rooms and food on the floor. Also the TVs didnt work in the rooms, only in the living room
