The staff were friendly and we were able to do an early check in. The facility needed attention as there were places where paint had been chipped off and it just seemed not well maintained, like elevator floor number buttons missing. There was a wet carpet musty smell as we exited the elevator on the 16th floor. The handle to the bathroom door (pocket style) was missing, and it was obvious the door had not been cleaned since handprints were visible. The mattress was worn and thin—-not very comfortable. The room had a mini fridge with a broken handle, and there was no luggage rack. Most outlets did not work, so charging devices was inconvenient since only the bathroom and entryway outlets worked. I had opted to stay here because it was a Hilton brand hotel, but I was disappointed and would not stay again.
