Treme Townhouse, elegant living, steps to the French Quarter

Spacious and elegant 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath apartment on the second floor of our beautiful historic home. It has lots of natural light and a balcony that you can sit out on in the morning and enjoy your coffee.

Located on a quiet tree lined block in the historic neighborhood of Treme, just two blocks from the French Quarter and the Rampart Streetcar. Plenty of free on-street parking on our block.

It's just a short walk to Bourbon St, The Marigny, Frenchmen St and Louis Armstrong Park. This property will allow you to enjoy all that New Orleans has to offer.

Each room is beautifully decorated with its own unique style & decor. It has an incredible layout, featuring bedrooms with walk in closets and private bathrooms in each. The roomy 1400+ Sq Ft apartment features high ceilings, pocket doors, private balcony, and hardwood floors. We have a pull out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep 2 (to be used only by 6 guests who are paying the extra guests fee), and the pocket doors can be closed for privacy. Amenities include High-Speed Wi-Fi, Cable TV with HBO and Netflix, complementary coffee and tea, extra pillows and linens. Ironing board and iron, garment steamer, and blackout curtains in the bedrooms.

**Not suitable for parties or loud gatherings as we have very nice neighbors downstairs.**

This is a lovely, old house on a leafy, green street in a great neighborhood. The upstairs apartment was beautifully decorated, bright and spacious and well laid out for two couples to spend a week enjoying New Orleans. We especially appreciated the well outfitted kitchen and the comfortable balcony overlooking the street.

Absolutely beautiful apartment, great location, excellent communication with the owner, well stocked with just about anything you might need! The Townhouse is beautiful, extremely clean and the decor reflexes the New Orleans French Quarter.I can not say enjoy about the greatness of the Treme Townhouse. Also the history of the Treme area dates back in 1810, plus there is a parade every Sunday on N Rampart within blocks on the Townhouse.Great area, easy walk to the beautiful Louis Armstrong Park and the French Quarter.Streetcar and Hop on Hop Off bus stops are nearby on N Rampart Street.Wonderful place to stay, very quiet and friendly people in the area. Also we felt safe walking during the day and late night.

This house has all the comforts of home! It was the perfect set up for two couples. The owner goes above and beyond to accommodate! Wonderful stay in NOLA

We spent over two weeks in Charlie’s apartment and absolutely loved it. The location was ideal - near Armstrong Park, French Quarter, Marigny/Frenchman - yet the neighborhood was very quiet. Stunning and perfect

The pictures don’t do the bnb justice. What a gorgeous house. The tenants downstairs were SO SO nice. A nice quiet street, close enough to walk to bourbon. Very clean, and spacious. NOLA was great, but I don’t think I would’ve liked it as much if we hadn’t of stayed here. I fell in love with this house!!!! The owners were very easy to get ahold of and quick responding, even with my last minute email! If we come back, I hope we can stay here again.

Terrific Time in Tremé

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect for two couples traveling together. So clean! We LOVED how close we were to all the sights and sounds we wanted to experience but were far enough removed to be able to relax and enjoy the quiet. Communication with Charlie was always so welcoming—if we find ourselves in New Orleans again, we would DEFINITELY stay here again!!
