「Clean cozy apartment in a beautiful historic building, will totally stay again next time were in town! Super convenient location can walk anywhere downtown. Communication with host was great. 「We’ve stayed here multiple times and this charming home never disappoints! It’s beautifully decorated, well appointed and conveniently located to many restaurants and activities. It sits directly on the Ohio River and has a magnificent sunset view. The size is good for a couple or small family.」

「Lovely on the inside. Very close to a grocery/ smoke shop and local liquor store. Currently some construction on the street but no noise on the weekend and it made it easier to park. Gentrifying neighborhood. Very close to freeway on ramp. Made it easy to get to the airport.」

「The house was perfect! We loved everything about it. The decor was cute, very clean. The neighbors we met were very friendly. I walked my dog to the park up the street at night and I felt very safe. So close to the downtown area too! Matt was quick to respond with any questions we had. If my husband does the Louisville Ironman next year, we’d definitely stay here again.」

「You will be hard pressed to find a better setup in Louisville! The Suite easily fit 6 grown adults with plenty of space for everyone. It's such a great location with easily walk able access to local eateries and distilleries. 」

「Very cute apartment. Well stocked with essentials. My suggestion would be add a stand up mirror or a second one in another location through the apartment since there is only one bathroom. Very clean. Adorable courtyard that my kids loved. The biggest negative for us - VERY loud location. Sounds like a car is going to come through the window at night. Kids were waking up all throughout the night. Bar fight across the street was loud enough to wake me up. Take a sound machine! 」
