- Properties cleaned prior to guests' arrival to meet Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards

- A part end of stay cleaning service is included, covering bathrooms, mopping, and rubbish removal

- Guests are required to leave the property tidy, with all dishes washed and the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure

- All properties are for accommodation purposes only; no gatherings or parties permitted
