「Apart from the sticky fridge door and no separate kitchen light, this motel would rank the highest of all the ones we have stayed at. Comfy beds, excellent facilities and all the extras. Highly recommend!」

「The motel is very easy to locate and close to supermarkets, parks, shopping centre and eatery. Nicely decorated with heat pump installed which is seldom found in NZ. Also, staff are very friendly and cheerful making you feel warm. Will stay again on our next visit.」

「The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, adding to a pleasant stay. The rooms were serviced daily and were quite quiet, comfortable and spacious with a modern feel. Conveniently placed, shopping and restaurants were close by. The outdoor activities were also close, as well as the Coastal Walk. 」

「Well designed and tastefully decorated. Friendly staff. There is no view for you - but the beach is a couple of blocks away so no problem. Also an excellent breakfast/lunch cafe just a 2 minute walk away. 」

「Nicely presented studio in quiet area very close to the beach. Small kitchenette perfectly adequate for preparing a meal, if required, with new Air Fryer and microwave. Great shower and comfortable bed. Fantastic location for cyclists and walkers wanting to do the coastal walkway. Tropical garden was very attractive. Studio 22 was excellent value. 」

「Location is primo. On the boardwalk and Fitzroy beach. You can’t beat sitting on the deck in the evening hearing the surf 👍very comfy bed. Not so comfy inside couch area however didn’t sit around inside much. 😎」
