The hotel was just beautiful and staff was nice and every time you request something in less then 5 minutes they will nock on your door. Wes are so happy that we chose Hilton Tapatio Cliffs resort. The front desk was professional and answered all questions and were prompt to assist with questions even after our check out. Some of the wait staff and bell hop staff were less than positive but overall we recommend this stay. "
