The good - Great location with a short walk to the beach, fair price, spacious bedroom, bed is more comfy than other reviews have mentioned, nice porch to sit and relax, quiet during my stay. The apartment has a simple old-school charm to it. For me, the location to the beach and Flagler Ave were there biggest pluses.
What I wish was different - The shower was tiny and water drained too slowly with water collecting pretty quickly in the tray. I didn't realize how much I'd miss a couch or recliner. Seating was limited to arm chairs and I ended up staying in bed on the day it rained. The mattress topper was fine, but I think oversized sheets were used because of it, and the fitted sheet "popped off" too easily and often. Finally, I was hoping to use of the 5 bikes mentioned in the listing, but only 1 was road-worthy - but even that one was sketchy and I didn't use it after a test ride. The others had popped tubes that wouldn't hold air and one had no chain.
Overall I was pleased with my choice. If you don't mind the nit-picky things I mentioned, you'll enjoy your stay! For me, it was a 4 out of 5.
