“Very nice unit. Updated. Love the location! The pool is right outside the back door. This unit is very well stocked. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, bikes, and games in the garage. The kitchen and bathrooms are also very well stocked. We would love to stay here again. Great view of the ocean, on a beach with no cars. Highly recommend.”

“This home had everything we needed for our family getaway with our young adult children. Check In was easy and the place was very clean and spacious. We loved the short walk to the beach along with the bike beach rides and the water boards to ride the waves. The canopy tent came in very handy at the beach! We spent days at the beach and came back to chill as a family in the eve at the house. Multiple grocery store options were just a short drive away. We have nothing but positive to say about……

“Great instructions to get there and check in process was awesome. Older house so it had some smells but nothing that couldnt be overlooked. The pool was GREAT!”

“We stayed for two nights for a girls trip to NSB and had a blast. Very close to downtown and the beach and the Riverview Spa. The house was clean and has a nice kitchen! Only thing that didn’t work right were the outlets in the master bathroom but otherwise no complaints! We would def stay here again!”

“We put together four dads and sons. Our boys were playing in Sanford and after staying in Sanford and playing one game a day we wanted to have activities for the boys. I encourage baseball families to look at this as an option. It was so much more enjoyable. Our boys loved it. This location has great access to the beach and restaurants - you really get to experience the “old” Florida. NSB is great and this house lets you enjoy everything about it”

“We make the trip to New Smyrna Beach each spring break. We typically stay in a condo but because we wanted to bring our family dog, we decided to look for a house near where our friends were staying.This home is in a perfect location on the non-driving end of the beach. Even though we were not on the beach, the main floor level is on the second floor and there is clearing allowing a nice view of the ocean. The home has been heartfully renovated and decorated. The kitchen is fully outfitted……
