  • White Fern is a beautiful rental located in New Waterford, OH. Tastefully decorated and sparkling clean, you'll find it the perfect spot for your next getaway or work trip. On the main floor there is a fully furnished kitchen, a cozy living room, a dining space with ample seating, a full bathroom, and a laundry/office room. There's also a master suite on the main floor with a king sized bed and a private, attached bathroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with two single beds in each room. Outdoors is a lovely deck and an expansive yard for your enjoyment. Book today and connect with your loved one while you enjoy this rental.



    IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

    - We kindly ask that there are no fireworks, loud music, or rowdy behavior.

    - Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

    - Please be aware you will be charged 10% of the total trip at booking and the remaining 90% will be charged to the card on file, thirty days before check-in.

    - Absolutely no pets. If a pet is discovered, there will be a $250 upcharge.

The Crestview Drive home was a beautiful property! Very clean, spacious, plenty of towels per bathroom, etc. The king bed was super comfy, as were the recliners! I could have slept super well in either recliner! The extra "if you forgot" items in the bathrooms were a nice surprise, though we didn't need any this trip. We all commented how quiet the house was during the night, very little road noise if any. The deck was a fantastic place for morning coffee! The kids (wedding groomsmen- adult kids, lol) took advantage of the large kitchen and grill to prepare steaks and sides for dinner Saturday night. Plenty of pots, pans, utensils and basic cooking supplies if needed. The washer and dryer available was a nice bonus. The kids took advantage of the board games - they had an ongoing chess tournament for SEVEN hours Friday afternoon through evening, LOL! They played Connect Four and Guess Who? many times- we had a BLAST! For kids who normally have TVs and video games on nearly every waking hour, these young men did not even miss the TV all weekend. The last night, after the wedding, bridesmaids AND bride and groom came over for dinner and to play games before parting ways! Dinner and games pics below. Overall fantastic stay in a very quiet location! Would definitely stay again if in the area!!

Nice rural setting. Quiet with the exception of a little bit of road noise. Nothing that wasn’t overwhelming. Clean and well decorated.
