房間不乾淨,髒亂又有異味
房間非常髒,入住時地板有許多棉絮及紙屑,廁所還有股臭味,一直無法消散。電源供應很不穩定,一直跳電,每晚都被熱醒三、四次,睡眠品質很差。唯一優點是飯店離地鐵站很近。

Not bad.
Has potential. Just need improvements on certain areas. Great front desk service, very close to the subway station and the overall design is very cool! Would recommend working on the cleaning services, the hallways smelled and the carpet was dirty. The floors in the rooms didn't look too clean either, and i would also recommend putting duvet covers on the duvets.

The bathroom toilet didn't have a cover which was strange. Don't know if the ac in my room wasn't working but it just wouldn't seem to get cold. The room was a good size & nicely designed. Staff was friendly and willing to help.

I stayed here before (five years ago I think) and was pleased. This time I had three rooms for at least three days and each of us had awful rooms. My shower didn't have a curtain so water went everywhere for three days. The rooms are worn out. Inside public areas are worse. No breakfast event though stated on Expedia was included. Staff is not friendly at all. Spit on the inside elevator for the entire stay and when I mentioned it the staff laughed. By far one of the worst properties I've stayed at in NYC.

The hotel has a fun vibe and it put us in an area of Brooklyn that we had not explored before. Don't miss the chance to go the place they recommend for breakfast, JK & Sons, it was great. The lobby and meeting room area are nice but our room was in a need of maintenance, nothing major but bunch of smaller things that made us question the value. The hallways carpets had seen better days, we had ants... but the beds are comfy and the room was clean.

False advertisement in the Hotels.com site and the hotel site about free breakfast. It was my main reason to book there. At least they should have given us a breakfast voucher to compensate the extra expense, or give us some money back.

A reasonable place that offers none of the amenities they claim to. When I first arrived, I was flippantly told that they "weren't offering breakfast currently" and to go elsewhere for that. (it's supposed to be free) Internet was running at 2mbps which is barely enough to open a website, so another non existent amenity. Front staff was oblivious and uninterested in help. Hallways are dirty. Peeling paint on the ceiling. Room was comfortable, though. If they shaved some price off the room, maybe it would be worth it.

Terrible location. Super noisy. Very dangerous in that location. The beds were super uncomfortable. Also did not have any soap. They did not fill it up it was empty. The doorknob also did not work. Overall terrible place.

Sheets had hair and particles as if they were not clean sheets. The property looks uncared for. Carpets are stained. Upon entering the building it becomes apparent the place is beat down and unkept.

Hair & dust were found on the bed linens. Some towels had stains. Dust on every corner of room. The entire room felt humid and soggy, including inside of the bed. The fact that there was no bathroom ventilation was the likely contributor.

EXTREMELY deceiving. Pictures are not up-to-date. Staff was nice but not trained to run hotel. Open wifi, that barely worked. Our room was dirty, with mold in the shower. No towels or hand soap. Toilet paper shredded before using. Bag storage looks UNSAFE and is exposed to anyone who walks in. EXTREMELY saggy bed. Some lights did not work.

The staff was friendly enough, but there was LOUD music until 3:00 AM making it impossible to sleep! I do not recommend this place, in fact we checked out a day early even though we knew we still had to pay for it.

Basement room was missing TV
Pros first: Had no issues with check-in, other than getting a “lower level” aka basement room that has a window that’s mostly occupied by the A/C unit and “looks” into a courtyard. The A/C did work well though! The location is very close to lots of mass transit (JMZ trains, B57 bus stop right outside). I found the room to be very clean despite some worry there may be insects being on the lowest floor. The bed was comfortable. The cons: It seems like this was almost like an extra room that was being used for spare parts…there was a mount for a TV, but no TV? My room also had no fridge, one of the light fixtures was missing a bulb, and none of the shower soaps/shampoos were filled/working (hand soap was available at the sink). I was just here for just one night and didn’t really NEED any of these things, but it hardly feels welcoming to be in a basement room staring at a TV mount and Direct TV box. There was an ice machine in the breakfast room, but rooms didn’t have buckets of ice. There were flimsy plastic bags next to the machine, and also small plastic cups (there were no cups in the room). They are still not serving breakfast at this time. Overall it just felt like this is a place that was great in 2019 but hasn’t recovered from the pandemic, and didn’t live up to some of the positive reviews here and other sites.

The place had friendly staff and great Air conditioner that was strong while I’m staying. However, the place had only one elevator that takes forever during busy time. Also bathroom doesn’t have fan so it smells… idk why it smelled later time of my stay.

During the day it was fine, but at night it was VERY noisy. Street racers & blasting music until 4am. Elevator made at strange sounds and was very slow. It can also constantly stopped at floors with no passengers.

Honestly, a lot worse than I expected. Room was not clean. Very humid. No hand towels when I arrived. The only toiletries were big soap dispenser refills. Very loud. My key stopped working before the end of the stay. The fire alarm went off at one point. It just was not a great week.

Arch design was cool, upkeep was lacking. Cleanish and bed was comfy, but tiles in bath were broken. No garbage can, no washcloth, no toiletseat cover. TV didn't work and a light at desk was broken. Air conditioner worked well, but very loud.

Upon arrival, there was no one at counter - but a sign stating I'll be back in 15 mins. I had t wait in the lobby with luggage until some arrived. They advertised "FREE BREAKFAST" but was no longer available, even though it's still posted online!!! Items in room broken. some trash & someones lost fake fingernail next to the bed. I had to go back downstairs for clean wash clothes. One of towels were soiled & couldn't use. Nasty. 1 out of 10
