Good location but the facilities are discussed.
Everything is doing ok, especially the location is very closed to the subway station which is connected with a lot of lines. But except the weak signal of hotel WiFi and the TV couldn't convince to connect to personal device, and it really inconvenient for an online meeting if you travel with work sometimes. Furthermore, the bed just on the side of the room entrance, which is not a normal design for a hotel room. I was be woke up by the noise and the housekeeping notice from outside every morning.

Thanks for your feedback , yes we do have varied layouts throughout the hotel. However if we had availability we are always willing to relocate you. We do apologize for the noise, we will let them know to be more mindful of the noise they are making. We do hope despite that we will see you again in tyhe future.

I loved the view of our hotel room. However our room needed lots of maintenance. Non working light, crack in the ceiling, broken door handle to the balcony, coffee all over the walls, many scratches on the facilities.

I liked that the rooms were small, but still big enough and had a coffee machine in room as well as coffee downstairs. The location was great- next to what I needed for work, but also in a good location close to running paths in the morning. The staff was also nice and helpful.

We loved our stay at Club Quarters WTC! It was clean, as described, and staff was kind and helpful. We loved the rooftop bar and terrace. The area was clean and had plenty of options for dining, shopping, sight-seeing, easy access to public transit, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Die Lage war für uns super. Wir konnten viel zu Fuß unternehmen ( 9/11 Memorial, World Trade Center, Ferry Island, Helikopterflug, Wall Street…) Zahlreiche UBahn Stationen sind schnell erreichbar. Das Kaffeeangebot in der Lobby haben wir täglich genutzt, da wir auf dem Zimmer gefrühstückt haben. Die Suite war für uns als 3-köpfige Familie ideal. Es war Geschirr für 2 Personen vorhanden, ein Kühlschrank, eine Mikrowelle, eine Nespressomaschine. Es ist wirklich eine ruhige Gegend, da viele Straßen um das Hotel gesperrt sind ( 9/11).

The Lobby and common area was overwhelmed with the smell of Marijuana!! The 6th floor hallway had the smell of cigarette smoke. I thought this was a no smoking property. Very annoying and disappointing!

This hotel is situated in my new favourite district in which to stay while vacationing in NYC. The Club Quarters downtown is perfectly located, quiet yet close to so many different attractions and is within easy walking distance to many subway lines. The hotel’s special touches such as free bottled water, a gourmet coffee machine in the comfortable main floor lounge, not to mention the 20th floor terrace, made our stay extra special. I cannot wait to go back!

Hotel clean and tidy. The coffee and water station is a great option, really convenient and saves buying water all the time. Really close to the world trade centre memorial and walkable to battery park for Statue of Liberty.
