Everything was good for what you are, a 3 star hotel. Checking in, the staff was amazing and she was the best person of the staff, which were all great. Here are my issues that i dont understand why an IHG hotel would be lacking in.
We checked in on Wednesday morning we checked out tuedsay 12pm.
-tea bags not replenished once. Black tea ran out and never was replaced after Thursday morning. When i asked the front desk on thursday morning, staff at the front desk proceeded to remove the complimentary tea because it wasnt suppose to be out yet, i guess. I didnt get an answer nor was it ever replenished my entire visit.
-water in lobby was iced only about 65% of the time(its was above 90° most of the time there)
-ice on 15th and 4th floors, i understand NY buildings are old and ammeneties are sparce, these areas should be better. More attention to them, especially since most rooms dont have refrigerators, guest use these areas alot. Towels on floor is a bandage not a solution.
