While the property was clean, the bed size was way less than stated. The promised free parking is actually in the street, and was not available this Saturday night. Also, the location is very noisy, including at night, train and emergency vehicle sirens. Also, there was no hand soap on the sink, no tissues, only toilet paper, and no waste bucket in the bathroom, only a waste bucket in the room itself. Management was not available in the morning, as asvised.

Nice shelf for towels and shampoo, conditioner, and lotion samples.

Worst stay I've ever experienced. Mattress and sheets were thin, uncomfortable and terrible. The staff were not good either. My toilet backed up, I made a request to get it fixed, left for an hr, they came in got the water to go down and left all the tissue and waste in the toilet. I flushed it and it was still clogged. I went back to the front desk, showed the clerk pictures, the guy came back scooped the waste into the trash can and was about to leave. I had to ask him to even do that. So he remove the bags inside and walked out dripping waste and toilet water across my floor and out the door. I was getting some frustrated that they didn't know how to properly handle this situation. I then had to request housekeeping to please come disinfect my bathroom, she did a terrible job. I stayed Friday to Monday never saw housekeeping, had my trash or linen changed, or towels. Then the last night there, I took a shower at 3a. 4a I heard a gushing sound while I was laying in bed, woke up to a disgusting odor and saw that the water from the toilet came up in the shower. And it smelled like raw sewage. I felt nauseous and checked out early. I paid more than plenty higher rated places to stay here because it was closer to my destination but I'll never stay there again. I honestly want a full refund. Waste of my time and money.

First of all the rooms are not woot for the amount of money you pay. We checked in after coming straight from the airport and was tired. We was given a room that the door seemed like it was tampered with, so we was a little wary about our safety and asked to change room, we was then given a second room but with a queen size bed, but we paid for a king size bedroom. So we was then given a third room with a king bed. I was already tired and pissed from all of the back and forth with the room changing. Rooms are tiny and the smell of strong marijuana in the hallways. And it gets a little noisy at night with people arguing and pounding on doors . A lot of improvement is needed. I will never stay here on any other trip to NewYork.

Firstly, they didn’t want to give us change, only when I asked, they unwillingly gave it. Then, the elevator didn’t work, also we asked 2 times about the hairdryer, they said they would give it to us, but didn’t, but overall the room was clean, had great conditioning, but the staff was not too hospitable.

DO NOT stay here. The place reeks of cigarettes and doesn’t seem to be cleaned. The sheets are stained and there was dried blood and fecal matter in the shower and in and around the toilet. The “free parking” is 5 spots that are impossible to get in and out of in the back and the rooms lock you out intermittently so you have to revamp your key card at the front desk where they ignore you while taking personal phone calls. The walls are so thin you can hear people from two floors down and the overall vibe is seedy and dirty.

The front desk staff were nice and let me check in early, but that’s about the only good part. The elevator was broken all weekend, so I had to carry everything up to the third floor. When I got to the room, there was a used washcloth left in the shower, and the soap dispenser didn’t work. The kitchen setup was basically useless only the microwave worked, and they didn’t provide any utensils. Felt like the hotel wasn’t fully ready for guests.

My stay was okay since I spent a lot of my time outside but this isn’t the most comfortable place to stay. I would not recommend this as a place simply due to the environment. Don’t stay here if you’re going to spend a lot of your time indoors. I had no issues with the staff aside from the night auditor not even looking up from their phone to make eye contact with me when I entered. They were friendly, informative & communicative otherwise. There was also a condom wrapper in the hallway for 1-2 entire days. It just wasn’t a good look. I don’t know if housekeeping is consistent but there are definitely some flaws with the upkeep of cleanliness here. I don’t know about other parts of the building but the floor I was placed on smelled like cigarettes/weed. It was generally unpleasant - even for a smoker myself. The room was only partly clean with marks/spots on the walls & a somewhat dirty floor. The sheet covering the mattress is also just a sheet you’d cover up with & it had a tear in it beneath the pillows. This hotel is good if you just need somewhere quick to stay the night but I wouldn’t recommend it over a few hours/a day.
