Ich war schon in vielen Hotels, aber dieses Hotel war so schmutzig. Die Bettlaken waren schmutzig und mit Haaren. Und unterm Bett alles voll mit Staub. Badezimmer war schon am schimmeln. Und die Bahn fährt vor den Fenstern und man hört es extrem. Die Wände sind so dünn, sodass man hört wenn im Nachbarzimmer einer vom Bett aufsteht. Die Matratzen waren auch sehr unbequem. Bei der Kaution von 100 Dollar wird am Ende irgendwelche Gebühren berechnet sodass man nur 10 Dollar zurück bekommt! Seid vorsichtig!

Toiletries were not stocked during check in, no hairdryer, bathroom door didn't fully close or lock. They barged in one day around 9am to do maintenance in the bathroom without notice.

very noisy! room is near the street and you can hear the party going on until 3 in the morning or the train passing by. Hotel is not sound proof so you can literally hear any noise from other nearby rooms or upstairs. really noisy!

The hotel itself is super cute! The staff was friendly, and we had no issues during our stay. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel was a little off-putting at first, but after the first day, we were used to it. It's also very close to a subway station, so that's super convenient.

I will say my only issue is the price on Expedia is like hiked up compared to whatever they said that they charge me so it’s kinda like a huge price difference and I didn’t get the room that I paid for on Expedia and they said that it was a Expedia thing and they couldn’t technically do anything about it because on their end it showed a different price for the room. So I’m hoping that once everything is settled it does adjust.

Wonderful front desk staff . Very helpful and accommodating. Needed my tv fixed and Maintenance guy fixed it quickly. This hotel is good for a short stay. Room was nice also. No refrigerator in room , no telephone in room .

Staff take a $100 deposit for the whole of your stay then on top of that however many days you stay the keep 15$ out of your $100 deposit. I stayed 4 Nights Tuesday till Saturday morning. 60$ was kept out of my $100. Very unprofessional and there was No mini fridge to keep drinks in. No Telephone to ring staff. So Bad.

Für junge Leute die nur etwas zum schlafen benötigen ist es okay. Was ich sehr störend empfand, war,dass auch im Hotel gekifft wurde und diesen Geruch sehr aufdringlich ist.Klimaanlage ging nicht bei Ankunft, wurde aber gemacht und ein Tag vor Abreise ging sie wieder nicht, obwohl wir mehrmals nachfragten und uns sagten es komme ein Techniker, passierte nichts. Wir warteten bis 24 Uhr es hat sich nichts getan. Hatten über 30 Grad im Zimmer. Reinigung des Zimmers läßt zu wünschen übrig. Naja bei 2 Sterne kann man nicht viel verlangen aber Klimaanlage sollte gehen. Ansonsten hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub.

The room was very clean and nice looking but it was much smaller than it appeared in the photo. Looking back, the bench and small table were not in the photo. Space is limited. There are hooks and a wall to wall shelf above the television but no drawers or closet. There was also no refrigerator or phone in the room and ice can only be found in the basement. The mirror doubles as a glass shower wall so very sexy for couples, not cute for platonic friends or those of us traveling with children. My husband only showered when my daughter was asleep. The bellhop was creepy and stared at my 5 year old too much and attempted to make conversation which I had to shut down letting him know she was clearly uncomfortable. The music when we arrived on fathers day evening was wildly loud. There is a lounge attached and the bass could be felt throughout the building. We were "lucky" to be on the fifth floor as my daughter and I discovered as we ventured to all the lower floors during our quest for ice as there was no mention of where the ice was located, no phone in the room to ask and no answer when I called the hotel from my cell. Anyone could just walk in, no one was checking. We were able to walk in off the street and get into the elevator. There is no parking and there a lot going on the area making it difficult to drive in the area or find parking. Good luck folks.
