地段在唐人街旁邊，很方便，不過房間很小，床尾就是洗手間門口了。桌子超小，手提電腦僅僅放得下。很整潔，床也不錯。就是地方小了一點。

Kamer met 2x 2 persoon bed geboekt. De kamer bleek super smal. De bedden zijn zeer smal om samen in te liggen. De bedden zijn ook kort. Ben zelf 1,75 meter en lig met voeten over de rand. Er is geen kast om kleding op te bergen. De koffers kan je nergens stallen in de kamer. Noodgedwongen achter de kamer deur gezet en kleding er in gelaten. Wij sliepen met 3 personen in de kamer. Ontbijt was teleurstelling. Eten mbv plastic bestek en borden. Heb ik nog niet eerder mee gemaakt in een hotel. Daarnaast, wat een plastic afval genereert dat. Personeel is wel aardig.

The size of the room unfortunately we cannot change. We encourage guests to share their experiences while you were at the hotel if you informed us that you needed more space. We have the option of upgrading you to a bigger room if you choose. Please alert us while you are with us and allow us to serve you better. Secondly. You mentioned that you were not pleased about the plastic ware. We have listened and have moved our operation to reduce the waste that we contribute by ordering as much as we can that is not plastic. So thank you for staying with us your stay created a wonderful opportunity to reflect on how we serve. We look forward to discounting your next stay so please tell us when you will be with us next.

When I arrived at the hotel, the named had changed to Madison LES Hotel and no one wrote to let me know. I did find this very strange. The room was tiny. I could barely fit between the bed and the bathroom. The breakfast was OK for hotel food. You can hear from the room the people outside in the halls and TV from rooms next door.

Too small
Double room was too small for even ONE occupant, no closet, no table or chair; we had to squeeze by each other. Very disappointed for the price - NEVER AGAIN!!!

My Go To Hotel
This is my go to hotel close to the Little Italy and China town. Hotel has a great staff even after hours. Good service and the room is very clean.

El hotel esta agradable y tienen una excelente ubicación al sur de Manhattan, muy cerca del barrio chino y del puente. aunque lo llegamos para dormir recibimos un buen servicio, en el desayuno hace falta otras opciones de comida.

Tiny rooms
We were 4 people in our room and it is extremely small. No drawers to put clothes on, no closet, no safe for personal belongings. Too crowded. Staff were really nice though, good location since it is near a subway station but not a very pretty area. And our next door neighbors didn’t respect the no smoking policy, always smelled like weed 🙄

Hôtel près des lignes de métro ce qui est intéressant pour visiter New York. Personnels très sympathiques et chambre propre. La salle petit déjeuner est petite mais le petit déjeuner est suffisamment complet pour commencer la journée. La literie est correct mais pour les chambres familiales les lits deux places ne sont pas très large. L’acces Au toit est sympathique lorsqu’il fait beau pour profiter de la vue sur le pont de manathan.

Au départ on se dit mais je suis tombé dans quel quartier ? Au final l’hôtel est très bien, super propre, le personnel est très sympathique. Le fait que ce soit la ligne F nous amène directement sur les endroits inévitables en 20 minutes. Très content de mon choix à un prix abordable. Le fiat que le petit déjeuner est compris c'est chouette...

Excellent
Just a small room but other than that its all perfect for me, staff , cleanliness. I love the rain shower with strong water pressure. Free Breakfast is terrific. The furnishing is great. Lightings is awesome. Transportation is good just a walking distance to subway and there is a bus that pass by the hotel going to downtown and midtown Manhattan. I thought it is pricey but having stayed there for 3 nights I am very impressed. Highly recommended!

Nice, clean hotel
The hotel was well priced for New York, was clean and staff friendly and helpful. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The only issue was the thickness of the walls, which we found when our next door neighbors returned back to their room drunk at 3.30am!

Standart-Zimmer mit 2 Doppelbetten sehr!!!! klein ohne Schrank, d.h. wie lebten 10 Tage zu viert aus den Koffern, die mitten im Gang lagen.Laut Hotelmanager hat Expedia auf seiner Seite beim Standartzimmer die Suiten abgebildet(die Internetabbildung ist DEUTLICH grösser als die Wirklichkeit),dass darf nicht passieren und Hotelmanager hat uns Rabatt/Entschädigung zugesagt.Alle DOPPELBETTEN sind mit den Massen 1,90x1,20 Meter viel zu klein und als Doppelbett völlig ungeeignet.Mit 2 grossen Kindern haben wir extra 2 Doppelbetten und kein -wie oft angeboten im 4er Zimmer-Doppelbett und Schlafsofa gebucht.Diese Betten dürfen definitiv NICHT als Doppelbett angeboten werden.Oder soll ich in Zukunft immer erst im Hotel anrufen und nach der Bettengrösse fragen?

Mittelmäßiges Hotel, das aber vollkommen ausreicht
Wir waren eine Woche in New York und wollten für das Hotel nicht ganz so viel bezahlen, da man die meiste Zeit ohnehin unterwegs ist und kaum auf den Zimmern ist. Wir waren zu viert dort und hatten zwei Doppelbettzimmer. Unser Zimmer war riesig im Vergleich zu dem Zimmer unserer Begleiter. Wir hatten das barrierefreie Zimmer, d.h. eines, das für behinderte Menschen ausgelegt ist. Viel Platz im Zimmer als auch im Bad. Aber auch das Zimmer der anderen war ausreichend vom Platz her. Die Zimmer und Badezimmer waren tadellos sauber! Die einzig negativen Punkte: Bett zu kurz, kein Safe und kein Kleiderschrank. Das Personal war immer bemüht, zu helfen und hat sofort reagiert, wenn irgendwas nicht okay war. Das Frühstück war nichts besonderes, da sollte man aber auch nicht sonst was erwarten. Für und war jedenfalls für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Das Hotel ist direkt in Chinatown gelegen. Die nächsten U-Bahn Stationen sind fußläufig zu erreichen, Lower Manhattan ist in gut 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu schaffen. Das Hotel liegt fast direkt neben der Manhattan Bridge, die UBahn darauf ist ziemlich laut und entsprechend zu hören im Zimmer. Aber es ist auszuhalten. Das Hotel liegt an einer Hauptstraße, der Verkehr ist natürlich auch zu hören. Chinatown ansich ist ein interessanter Stadtteil, wobei viel Müll herumliegt und es an einigen Stellen sehr unangenehm riecht. Little Italy liegt direkt um die Ecke und hier sieht die Welt schon wieder ganz anders aus. Saubere Straßen, tolle Restaurants!

Lovely hotel
Me and my husband just wanted to sneak away from reality so we booked a night in this comfort inn. It was nice and cleaned very well. We had a lovely evening and to make it even better we had a great complementary breakfast. Definitely staying again.

Wir waren zu zweit im Februar in diesem Hotel für drei Nächte untergebracht. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind zwar kleiner als angegeben, für New Yorker Verhältnisse aber geräumig. Des Weiteren sind die Zimmer sehr gut und durchdacht ausgestattet, sehr sauber und freundlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und bietet eine große Auswahl. Auf die Nähe zur Bahntrasse sollte man sich entsprechend vorbereiten. Diese bietet aber eben auch dem Vorteil der Erreichbarkeit.

Very nice place.
Have no complaints. Very clean and cozy room. The breakfast was actually pretty good. It wasn't a 5 star breakfast but it was more than just the usual muffin and banana breakfast at most places. Highly recommend.

Would stay here again!
We arrived prior to check-in because of our flight, but the staff was very accommodating in holding our bags for us until the room was ready and recommended a nearby restaurant for food while we waited. We had an issue with one of our bags from our flight and the front desk helped in working with the airline to ensure it was delivered to the hotel as soon as possible. Our room was very clean and warm (which was fantastic coming out of the frigid NYC air) each day and the staff setup the pack and play in our room for us as they knew we were travelling with our 7-month-old.

Hôtel situé entre les deux ponts. D'ailleurs le pont de Manhattan passe juste derrière... Mais sans trop d'impact. Petit déjeuner simple mais suffisant. Chambre familiale très correcte. Station de métro au bout de la rue. Il faut environ 15_20 minutes pour rejoindre Times Square (en métro) et environ 15 minutes pour aller dans le quartier financier. Bonne expérience.

Great location for me!
It was myself and my 1.5 year old daughter. The hotel was so much better than expected. The breakfast could use more of a lift but everything was clean and the hotel staff was so helpful and I will definitely stay here again!

Clean, convenient hotel in pleasing location
We were on a family trip to see a Broadway show for the holidays. The included breakfast and extra sleeping space in each room made the stay comfortable and affordable even for our large group. The subway is conveniently located which made all of NYC easily accessible.

Great place
Hotel was great; the staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean, bathrooms were new. Rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but you'll find that with any NY hotel vs other cities.
