纽约寸金之地，这个宾馆性价比还算可以。
位置很好。出行方便，就在纽约中心区附近。离开纽约长途汽车站很近。附近有几路地铁站。 服务质量，员工态度很好。 早饭也可以。 靠近马路，有时声音较大。

酒店位置在第30街，第八大道的旁边，交通非常方便，晚上逛完时代广场溜达回来也没多远，往西离哈德逊河边散步也很近，酒店几乎没有大堂，房间很小，卫生间也小，但干净，我订的是一张床的房间，价格120刀左右，应该说在这个地段算是良心价了，酒店员工也很nice 。如果想省钱，方便，干净，推荐。

Noisy, small and convenient hotel without elevator
I left 3 nights totally and the overall experience is bad. The rooms at the 8 Ave side is noisy until 2 am. It is funny that the hotel staff tell you to try earplug when you ask for room change in the midnight. Second, they never give you the luggage ticket when you pass them luggage to store. Just showing your name and room number is definitely not secure to me. And the other staffs always ask you to show the ticket when you collect. Third, all the rooms are on 2nd and 3rd floor. There is only stair and it would be hard for ladies who need to carry the luggages. It is less noisy on the 3rd floor and a strong body is needed to stay there. Water and coffee are all on the ground floor because the room is too tiny to put those. So you need to walk up and down if you want to have these basic service. Finally, I am fair that it is really near to the pen. Station and therefore all above may be making sense, however I will definitely try not to stay near to 8 Ave.

價格在紐約同區相比算是比較便宜(紐約的酒店價格實在貴得不可理喻) 鄰近Penn Station, 可步行到42街 (時代廣場),坐Taxi到China Town約17元美金，交通算是方便。 附近有商店，晚間也可買到食物和飲品。 房間整潔，明亮，雖然比較小但可以接受(因價格低)。 服務員有禮貌。

Although the room is small, but everything is clean and new, and the staffs are very friendly and attentive. Because Penn Station is just the block crosswise, people how mind the rumbling rail nearby probably will need ear plus for sleeping.

Booked this hotel for my long weekend mainly due to its fantastic location 1 block away from Moynihan Train Station. As a solo traveler with a lot of daytime activities, I just needed a clean, private space to lay my head. The single twin room here does the trick. Bathroom is small but has a shower (no tub in my room), was renovated, clean, and en suite. Room is small as well, with no full length mirror or closet, but there are wall hooks/hangers that I found sufficient. As a 5'1" person, I had enough space to maneuver with my luggage. Wall AC provides enough white noise to drown out most normal street sounds from where I was on the 2nd floor, but be aware that you are in a pretty central/active area. If you come from another big city as I do, it shouldn't be a surprise. Front door has an easy-to-use number lock system, so I never felt unsafe. I did have trouble tracking down staff on 2 out my 4 days there, but this could have been due to my own schedule (out at 7am, back sporadically through the day or by 9pm). Most importantly someone was available during check-in. Self check-out made it a breeze to drop my keycard and go at my convenience, no delay. This is not a luxury boutique hotel, but having stayed in my fair share of high end and low end places in NYC, I'd put this on the upper middle end for its price and location. Would gladly stay here again in the future.

This overpriced property is very basic. No elevators, hardly anyone in reception, no safe in room, no fridge / minibar, noisy air condition, dirty floors, no closet and hardly any space to put things when unpacked. Lots of families with small children who are very noisy. Unimpressed by this hotel, the room was nothing like in the pictures.

Basic accommodation but it’s secure, quiet, clean and affordable. The bathroom was a bit cramped but you get used to it. We’d recommend it to travellers looking for a bed and a place to shower for a good price. Right next to Penn Station which is a huge bonus for subway travel.

The gentleman at reception was courteous, helpful and patient. I spent one Saturday night in Room 403. Noise level from the street was typical of Manhattan but noise level from other guests merely closing their room door was jarring. The room itself is tiny. I wish the twin bed and pillows were more comfortable. Cleanliness is acceptable for the age of the room. You don't have much control over the room temperature if that is important to you. The stairs only bothered me because of my bad knees. The towels were very rough. It was okay for a one night stay. My advice is if you can afford it stay elsewhere.

First thing. Shabby block, hotel entrance uninviting. Second thing. No Elevator/lift. Maybe I missed it in the description, but all rooms are on upper floors. Carry whatever you bring upstairs. They do offer assistance on a notice at reception, but nobody offered to help. Rooms are odd shape and budget furnished. No bedside table, no chair, tiny bathroom. Noisy location. Not the hotel’s fault, but you are one block from Penn Station and Madison Square Gardens. Cars in NY are powered by their horns, apparently. At checkout. Nobody at reception, no bell or notice of absence. When someone arrived, I asked about storing luggage; “sure, just leave it in the heap there”. Zero security. I found commercial left luggage at Penn Station. When I went back to get my bags, nobody's stopped me taking my bags and leaving. Overall - I had a cheap room for one night, but I won’t be returning.

The location is the best thing about this hotel, just one block away from Penn Station. On the other hand, I was never given the remote control of the TV and when I requested it the guy at the night shift was somewhat rude and unprofessional.

Stayed there for 4 nights; many of the reviews here are fair. My experience - Pros 1. central location; right next to penn station, and madison square garden, can walk anywhere, either south to Soho, to East village, up north to time square or west to hudson river; 2. the staff was very pleasant - they won't be able to do much; but was pleasant and polite the whole time I was there; 3. better than a hostel - got your own privacy - own bedroom and bathroom; Cons - 1. noise level - it is VERY noisy from both inside and outside; the walls are paper thin, so anything next door (snoring), or people walking in the halls, you will be able to hear it; and lots of sirens, honking outside at all hours; so light sleepers beware; 2. very small - felt claustrophobic; just a single/twin bed and limited space to do much; there was a TV; the bathroom sink was so small, no room to put anything, everything like contact lenses, toothbrushes, paste, etc, must be placed on a shelf on top of the toilet (afraid of stuff falling down into the toilet while moving about); The cleanliness of the room was adequate - the floor was sticky, felt wet, but decent condition otherwise; they came in and switched out the linens and towels once without asking in the four days there. Overall, if you are planning on being out in the city for the majority of the day, don't mind the noise for a short stay, and own bed / bathroom is important for you, and know that you get what you paid for, go for it!

Some lady from the staff was horrible. Poor condition of the room and the bad manners from at least 2 of the staff. I was so happy with the place before I arrived, but not anymore. Ask for my check out document the lady from the staff never email it to me. Horrible service.
