Front Desk Experience
During my stay, I was disappointed by the cold and impersonal attitude of some front desk staff. Hospitality begins with a warm smile, especially at the reception, which serves as the face of the hotel. A more welcoming and friendly approach would have made a big difference in the overall experience.
Lending Service for Basic Tools
When I asked at the front desk if I could borrow a bottle opener, I was told to go to the bar. At the bar, I was then told I had to bring the bottle with me in order to have it opened. As a result, I was unable to enjoy my beer in the room, which was quite frustrating.
I believe that a hotel should keep basic tools such as bottle openers or corkscrews available for guests to borrow. It’s a small service, but one that significantly enhances comfort and satisfaction, especially for guests who want to relax in their rooms.
