There doesn't have a fridge in the room. Internet need pay 20 dollars per day ! Bed doesn't comfortab, not enough soft and not enough hard. That make my back hurt. We saw a cockroach when we eating breakfast in the restaurant. That is crazy !

My arrival at the hotel was early morning. I had booked the room to be available from the previous night. But when I arrived at the hotel, they didn’t have my room. I had even sent them a message regarding my late arrival. The staff was not courteous in dealing with this matter.

So convenient to everything. 5 minutes to Times Square but far enough outside if you want to avoid the madness. Extremely convenient to most of the theaters. And only a 10 minute walk to our favorite place to grab a burger & beer (Seans Bar & Kitchen) in NYC.

My stay at the Sheraton wasn't a bad one until it came to checkout time. I was promised a $30 credit if dining was at one of their selected places. They charge you for the full $30 plus taxes and fees with the promise that they will credit the money back to you after they complete their processing, which "may take a couple days". I ate at one of their designated spots twice, spending more than the required amount, submitted my room number per the instructions and still, over a month later, even after 3 calls to the hotel, I have not received my money back. It's certainly not about the $30 ; it's about the integrity and honesty in their advertising. I definitely would have dined somewhere else in NY rather than at their mediocre chosen establishments. This is such a ridiculous run-around and simply for this, I would not recommend staying here.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks. The hotel was very busy for the whole time we were there. They charge $30 tax destination fee and in return you can spend up to $30 in their restaurants. But be careful and check your bill as they did not return the full credit - this happened multiple times. On the positive it is a great location near Times Square.

We had a great stay. There were a lot of large groups that stayed at this hotel but it did not disturb us. I was disappointed that they charged me to give me the room early as they have never done that before. They used to be very understanding about people traveling from the west coast wanting the room a bit early. I did get my room early but I had to pay extra. Otherwise everything was great.

The photos do not properly reflect what state the property is in. It is rundown and beat up looking. Rooms are very small, even for NYC. Furniture and walls are beat up from people staying over the years. Walls are thin, you can hear voices from rooms around you, people blowing noises, and toilets flushing.

Bathroom did not have a towel rack. No fridge in the room. No bath towels during the first night and staff was not very helpful, especially the front desk who told us to dial 0 when we complained, instead of trying to fix the situation. We had to call again the next day to get towels. No hair conditioner. Not enough coffee for 2. Long lines at the Starbucks in the lobby which was very poorly managed. At one point only one employee were making the coffee while two others were stocking the fridge.
