Located on the ground level of a private 2 Family Townhouse and offering garden access, this 430 square foot studio is fully furnished and includes a queen-sized bed, (and single cot, if needed.)The studio is 10 minutes from the 20 Ave D line subway Station with a 30 minute train ride to downtown Manhattan, 40 minute train ride to Midtown. Local and express buses to NYC are 2 minutes from the studio. The studio is a 30 minute train ride to Brighton Beach, 20 minute ride to historical Coney Island beach and 20 minute car ride to Riis Park Beach. JFK airport is 30 minutes away.
The studio has lots of closet and drawer space, and access to a beautiful garden. Kitchen is fully stocked and includes a microwave, refrigerator, stove, coffee-maker and toaster. Studio is within walking distance to local restaurants, banks, pharmacy, grocery stores, gyms, parks, playgrounds and a beautiful 3 mile long ocean promenade overlooking the Verrazano Bridge.
Rent includes all utilities. Air conditioner, Wifi and cable are included.
Parking spot and laundry facilities available upon request.
*Your nightly rate already includes all total taxes on a NYS & NYC hotel room. ( Nightly rate $ 62+$14 NYS&NYC Taxes )= $76

Brooklyn studio
Very neat apt. Small but all necessities are provided. Bathroom small but clean and plenty of hot water, pressure was excellent. Parking provided is a major plus. Owner lives above so communication is excellent.

first 5 minutes impression was great and we thought we will have a great stay... but little did we know, very unethical host, decided to do construction the second day we were there, used the back yard as a storage area on the 3rd day not mentioning his whole family and dog running around the garden all time since 7 am. we did not know we had to share the garden with them until we got there. nevertheless, every-time he showed us was half naked. undisclosed cameras filming everything angled on doors and garden table to watch the guest not possible intruders!! entrance blocked at all times by his car - kids toys and baby stroller. the worst part of the trip bugs were everywhere!!! mosquitoes were flying in and out.. not even one attempts to spray the place or try to help... what an awful experience! never again

A Haven with Parking
Studio is large, bright, clean. Parking is a super plus. Lovely quiet block in great neighborhood. Can walk to food and walk to the walkway on the ocean. Great access to all boroughs and Jersey too.

This place is a very nice garden apartment. Andrew was very accommodating. Anything I needed, he was quick to help. This place is updated, clean, and comfortable. The parking is also a great feature.

Nice little studio in Brooklyn
We enjoyed our week long stay at this studio in Bath Beach, Brooklyn while visiting a relative who lives near by. Andrew and Maria were gracious hosts. Apartment is neat and clean with a small garden. Pretty street scenes of brick town houses, and shops and restaurants nearby.
Off street parking is a godsend for us taking a rental out of Newark/Liberty (difficult airport to navigate to and from). This area has a suburban feel, having a car cut down on walking and allows us to explore surrounding areas such as Long Island. Subway station, D line on 20th St, took us into and through Manhattan, is about 10 min walk away. It was pretty convenient.
Chinatown along 86 St and under the train line is lively, and restaurants are plentiful, delicious and cheap.
Kitchen in the studio was very clean, but would be more useful if there were pots and pans. We forgot to ask for them, cause we were too happy with the roast duck and all the other goodies in Chinatown.
