I felt very safe with the guardss outfront. The beds were comfortable enough and the pricing was fair. Really enjoyed all the food options and shopping options.

They gave us exactly what we asked for in terms of the number of people that could sleep in the suite. However, there is mold in the bathtub, so we did not feel comfortable at all.

No bed clothes for the bed that had crusty stains all over its cover. The second bed had a used pack of gum between the sheets, so it obviously was not clean. It was a place to rest our heads after a very long travel day. If i hadnt been so tired there is no way we would have stayed.

Do you want to warm up your food or watch TV, because you can't do both as the microwave and the TV use the same plug. When I suggested a simple adaptor to solve the problem to the front desk I was told that they didn't one. Do you want to iron your clothes ? The room had a perfectly good iron, it just lacked an ironing board. On the positive side, the room had good space and a nice view of the Manhattan skyline.

Rude staff and unprofessional service
I did not get the opportunity to stay here due to numerous flight cancellations leaving me stranded in Atlanta; I was told via online chat with Hotels.com that the hotel said they would not issue a refund but I can use my reservation at a later date. I called the hotel a month later and tried to use my reservation but the hotel lied to say no one from Hotel.com did not tell them about my flight issues so they would not refund or let me use the reservation so they pretty much stole $400 from me. Do not book this hotel if you value professionalism.

Dear KimmonThe hotel.com told you can ues the last day and we keeped the room for 3 days but you didn't come. you made a non refundable reservation, you can't get the money back, you only able to stay during your reservation time.I am sorry for your loss

Room service is very poor they don't even clean coffee cups and makeup the bed. There is no extra pillow and bedding. Subway is only 5 mins walk but location is very busy and noisy.
