Very clean property. Great check in process and host communicated quickly throughout. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again. We had people above us on the second floor but we were not bothered by any noise.

I would highly recommend this property. Was traveling alone and felt safe in this quiet neighborhood. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. It had everything I needed. Sabrina gave very detailed instructions and kindly checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. Could hear upstairs tenants a bit but didn’t bother me. Would definitely stay here again.

Newly renovated property with everything you need. Host reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. Nice quiet neighborhood with no parking issues. No binder of rules, check out requirements, etc. Only downside was being able to hear others in other units.

Small and cozy

Sabrina’s apartment is small and cozy. The pictures are an accurate representation of the apartment. Sabrina was very responsive and check in was a breeze. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because the apartment building was very noisy. This unit is on the ground floor of a 4 unit building and you can hear everything going on in the upstairs and next door units.

A charming apartment!

This is a lovely, roomy apartment on the first floor of a cute home in the South End of Montclair. It has everything you could want -- a complete and equipped kitchen, a comfy bedroom (with another that we didn't use), a lovely living room with a huge TV that gets every possible (!) station. And the owner, Ms. Durant, was available when we had questions. One parking space in the driveway but plenty of parking on this quiet street where this is located. Note that this is a duplex and the one issue we had was that in our first floor unit, we could hear all footsteps, conversations and a crying baby in the second floor unit; it was only disturbing in the middle of the night so pack your earplugs but other than that, I cannot recommend this VRBO more highly. :-)
